Davis was educated at Westminster College, Pennsylvania (PA) and has master's degree in business administration from Georgetown University. [2]

She serves as an expert speaker for the Office of United States Speaker Program at the Department of State, Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs. She served as a managing principal on the executive committee of Blank Rome.
