Education

Davis was educated at Westminster College, Pennsylvania (PA) and has master's degree in business administration from Georgetown University. [2]

Career

Davis has experience in both public and private sector. [3] [4] [5] She has worked in front of the Energy and Commerce, Health, Education Labor and Pensions, Ways and Means and Finance Committees in both United States House of Representatives and United States Senate. [6] [7] She was a special Assistant to National Director, then Secretary of Homeland Security Tom Ridge. [8] [9] [10] She directed the numerous operations and oversaw the staff at the newly created Office of United States Department of Homeland Security.

She serves as an expert speaker for the Office of United States Speaker Program at the Department of State, Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs. She served as a managing principal on the executive committee of Blank Rome. [11] [3] [12] She is also the Co-CEO of the Belizean Grove, a preeminent global network of influential women committed to building collaborative, trusted partnerships. As Co-CEO, Ashley is responsible for curating unique and purposeful meetings and experiences aimed at bringing members together to foster a better understanding of the complex issues of our time, share expertise and look for solutions.
