Ashraful Hossain (born 11 September 1989) is a Bangladeshi cricketer. He made three first-class appearances for Chittagong Division in 2008. [1] He was part of Bangladesh's squad for the 2008 Under-19 Cricket World Cup. [2]

Mortaza captained his country in one Test and seven One Day Internationals (ODIs) between 2009 and 2010, however injury meant he was in and out of the side and Shakib Al Hasan was appointed captain in Mortaza's absence. Mortaza used to be considered one of the fastest bowlers produced by Bangladesh, previously bowling in the mid-135s-145s km/h in the 2000s, and regularly opens the bowling. He is a useful lower-middle order batsman, with a first-class century and three Test half centuries to his name. Mortaza's career has been hampered by fifteen injuries and he has undergone a total of ten operations on his knees and ankles.

Shahadat Hossain is a Bangladeshi cricketer. He made his Test debut in 2005 during Bangladesh's first tour of England. When he came onto the international scene he was cited by then coach Dav Whatmore as the fastest bowler in the team. The following year, Hossain made his One Day International (ODI) debut against Kenya. At times Hossain has struggled with conceding too many runs, and for that reason was dropped in 2009. In November 2010, Hossain was a member of the squad that won Bangladesh's first gold in any event at the Asian Games. A broken toe prevented Hossain from playing for Bangladesh in July 2011, but after more than a year since his last Test he returned to the squad in October that year. In November 2019, he was given a five-year ban from cricket, after assaulting a teammate.

Syed Rasel is a Bangladeshi cricketer, who plays all formats of the game. He is a left-handed medium-fast swing bowler who came up through the ranks of the under-19s, to the Bangladesh A team, to the full Bangladesh team, while playing for Khulna Division.

The Bangladesh national under-19 cricket team are the Champions of 2020 under-19 World Cup. They have been playing official Under-19 ODI matches since 1997 including competing in the last five World Cups. They have also played eight youth Tests since 2004. The Bangladesh cricket team toured Sri Lanka for three Test matches and three One Day Internationals in June and July 2007. This series held Mohammad Ashraful's first Test and ODI matches as captain of Bangladesh. Sri Lanka ended up winning all the Test matches and One-day Internationals.

Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) president, Nazmul Hassan, stated on 30 May 2013 that a Bangladesh player was questioned by the ICC's Anti-Corruption and Security Unit (ACSU). He later confirmed the identity of the player as Mohammad Ashraful, the youngest centurion in test cricket.

Mosaddek Hossain Bangladeshi cricketer

Mosaddek Hossain Saikat is a cricketer who has played first-class and List A cricket in Bangladesh since 2013. In 2014-15 he made 250 and 282 in consecutive first-class innings and passed 1000 first-class runs in his 10th match. In October 2015, in his 12th first-class match, he became the first Bangladeshi player to score three double-centuries. He made his Test debut in March 2017.

Nazmul Hossain Shanto is a Bangladeshi cricketer. In December 2015 he was named in Bangladesh's squad for the 2016 Under-19 Cricket World Cup.

The Afghanistan cricket team toured Bangladesh in September and October 2016 to play three One Day Internationals (ODIs) matches. This was Afghanistan's first full series against a Test-playing side other than Zimbabwe and was the first bilateral series between the two sides. It was also Bangladesh's first home bilateral ODI series against an Associate Nation since Ireland toured in 2008. Ahead of the ODI series there was a fifty-over warm-up game between the Bangladesh Cricket Board XI and Afghanistan in Fatullah.

Ebadot Hossain is a Bangladeshi cricketer. He made his international debut for the Bangladesh cricket team in February 2019.
