She previously played netball and captained Victoria at the National Netball Championships. Birch is currently studying a Physiotherapy degree at La Trobe University. In 2016, Birch switched from netball to Australian rules football and was recruited by the Western Bulldogs as a rookie after having only played football for three months for the Darebin Falcons in the VFL Women's.

Antonio represented The Allies in the inaugural AFL Women's State of Origin match in 2017, and won AFL Women's All-Australian selection and the Fremantle fairest and best award in 2018. She also won the Goal of the Year and shared the Western Derby Medal with Kiara Bowers in 2022.
Beatrice Devlyn is an Australian rules footballer who played for the Fremantle Football Club in the AFL Women's competition. Devlyn was recruited by Fremantle as an injury replacement player in January 2017. She made her debut in the twenty-three point loss to Adelaide at Fremantle Oval in round four of the 2017 season. She played the next week before she was omitted for the round six match against Carlton to finish with two matches for the season. She was delisted at the end of the 2017 season. She was subsequently re-drafted as a rookie by Fremantle with pick No. 16 in the 2017 rookie draft.
Alicia Janz is an Australian rules footballer who plays for West Coast in the AFL Women's competition. Janz was recruited by Fremantle as an injury replacement player during the 2017 season. She made her debut in the one point loss to Collingwood at Rushton Park in round five of the 2017 season. She played every match after her debut game to finish with three matches for the season. She was delisted at the end of the 2017 season. She returned to Fremantle's list in October through the 2017 AFL Women's draft.
In the AFL Women's (AFLW), the West Coast Club Champion award is awarded to the best and fairest player at the West Coast Eagles during the home-and-away season. The award has been awarded annually since the club's inaugural season in the competition in 2020, and Dana Hooker was the inaugural winner of the award.
