Luke Dwyer (born 1977or1978 [1] ) is the inaugural coach of the West Coast Eagles in the AFL Women's (AFLW).
He began his football career in 1997 with East Perth in the Westar Rules competition (now known as the West Australian Football League (WAFL)). In his three years at the club, he kicked 14 goals across 40 games. Dwyer began representing Claremont from 2000; his eight-year stint extended until 2007, in which he played 105 matches and scored 31 goals. After finishing his playing career, he began teaching physical education at Christ Church Grammar School, before a five-year coaching stretch at University Football Club, in which he led the amateur team to four premierships. In late 2015, West Coast offered Dwyer an opportunity to coach East Perth (the club's WAFL affiliate at the time). After a season, Dwyer became a full-time development coach, later moving to the club's women's program. He was announced as West Coast's inaugural AFLW coach in late 2018. [3] In September 2020, Dwyer stepped down from the role after only one season in which West Coast won a single game and finished bottom of the conference ladder. [4]

Kellie-Maree Gibson is an Australian rules footballer playing for West Coast in the AFL Women's competition. She was one of Adelaide's two marquee players in the inaugural AFL Women's season and has also played for Fremantle. A multi-sport athlete, Gibson began her athletic career as a sprinter, and won a gold medal in rugby sevens at the 2014 Summer Youth Olympics.
Dana Hooker is an Australian rules footballer playing for the West Coast Eagles in the AFL Women's (AFLW). She previously played for the Fremantle Football Club from 2017 to 2019. Hooker is a dual AFL Women's All-Australian, and was the inaugural Fremantle fairest and best winner in 2017 and inaugural West Coast Club Champion in 2020.
Tiah Toth is an Australian rules footballer who plays for the Fremantle Football Club in the AFL Women's competition. Toth was drafted by Fremantle with their fifth selection and thirty-sixth overall in the 2016 AFL Women's draft. She made her debut in the thirty-two point loss to the Western Bulldogs at VU Whitten Oval in the opening round of the 2017 season. She played the first three matches of the season before missing the remainder of the season due to a shoulder injury. She was delisted by Fremantle at the end of the 2018 season.
Beatrice Devlyn is an Australian rules footballer who played for the Fremantle Football Club in the AFL Women's competition. Devlyn was recruited by Fremantle as an injury replacement player in January 2017. She made her debut in the twenty-three point loss to Adelaide at Fremantle Oval in round four of the 2017 season. She played the next week before she was omitted for the round six match against Carlton to finish with two matches for the season. She was delisted at the end of the 2017 season. She was subsequently re-drafted as a rookie by Fremantle with pick No. 16 in the 2017 rookie draft.

Alicia Janz is an Australian rules footballer who plays for West Coast in the AFL Women's competition. Janz was recruited by Fremantle as an injury replacement player during the 2017 season. She made her debut in the one point loss to Collingwood at Rushton Park in round five of the 2017 season. She played every match after her debut game to finish with three matches for the season. She was delisted at the end of the 2017 season. She returned to Fremantle's list in October through the 2017 AFL Women's draft.
Paul Groves is a former Australian rules football coach who served as the head coach of the Western Bulldogs in the AFL Women's competition (AFLW) between 2017 and 2019 including to the club's first AFLW premiership in 2018.
