Singeetam Srinivasa Rao, commonly known as Singeetam, is an Indian film director, screenwriter, producer, composer, and actor. He is widely regarded as one of the most versatile directors of India. He is credited with having revolutionised the South Indian cinema with experimental films. He has directed about sixty films in Telugu, Kannada, Tamil, Hindi, and English languages across multiple genres. He has garnered two National Film Awards, five Nandi Awards, three Karnataka State Film Awards, and three Filmfare Awards South. In 2011, Rao was honored with Life Achievement Award from the Film Federation of India.
Adurthi Subba Rao was an Indian film director, cinematographer, screenwriter, editor and producer known for his works predominantly in Telugu cinema. Rao is widely regarded as the intellectual fountain head of Indian drama films. He has garnered seven National Film Awards. Rao made his foray into cinema as Associate to Uday Shankar in the 1948 dance film Kalpana, which was showcased in the "Treasures from National Film Archive of India" at the 39th International Film Festival of India.

The film is about an inspiring journey of a middle-class woman to return an abandoned child to his father. Ankuram runs, in the background, issues like social stigmas, feudalism, naxalism, bureaucracy and human rights. The plot follows a woman's fight against corruption and criminalization of politics in India. The film starts Vijayshanti alongside Chandra Mohan, Kota Srinivasa Rao, Sai Kumar, P. L. Narayana, Charan Raj, Suthi Velu, Rajasekhar, Narra Venkateswara Rao, and Y. Vijaya who appear in supporting roles. Music is composed by K. Chakravarthy.
Mayuri (transl. Peacock) is a 1985 Indian Telugu-language biographical dance film directed by Singeetam Srinivasa Rao and produced by Ramoji Rao. Based on the life of Sudha Chandran, the film stars her in the title role while P. L. Narayana, Nirmalamma, Y. Vijaya, Potti Prasad, K. K. Sharma, S. R. Raju and Suthi Veerabhadra Rao played supporting roles.

Nee Kosam is a 1999 Indian Telugu-language romantic drama film produced by Ghanta Srinivasa Rao under the Kalpana Creations banner. This movie marks the debut of Srinu Vaitla as a director. The film features Ravi Teja and Maheswari in the lead roles. This is also the first collaboration between Ravi Teja and Srinu Vaitla. The music has been composed R. P. Patnaik. Despite the film being a box office failure, the film won several Nandi Awards.
Seetharamayya Gari Manavaralu is a 1991 Indian Telugu-language drama film directed by Kranthi Kumar, and produced by V. Doraswamy Raju under the VMC Productions banner. The film stars Akkineni Nageswara Rao, Rohini Hattangadi, and Meena with the music composed by M. M. Keeravani. Based on the novel Navvina Kanneelle by Manasa, the plot follows Seetha (Meena) who arrives from the US to visit her grandparents, Seetharamayya (Rao) and Janakamma (Hattangadi) who are uninformed of her parents' accidental death.
Prema Katha is a 1999 Indian Telugu-language romance drama film written by Vara Prasad Varma and directed by Ram Gopal Varma. It is the debut film of both Sumanth and Antara Mali as leads in the Telugu film industry. The film opened to positive reviews by critics but was commercially unsuccessful. It had a highly praised soundtrack by Sandeep Chowta including the hit song "Devudu Karunisthaadani". The film bagged six state Nandi Awards and was dubbed into Tamil as Kadhal Vanile.
Pelli Sandadi is a 1996 Indian Telugu-language musical romance film written and directed by K. Raghavendra Rao. The film stars Srikanth, Ravali and Deepti Bhatnagar.
Mouna Poratam is a 1989 Indian drama film directed by Mohan Gandhi, starring Yamuna and Vinod Kumar, with music composed by S. Janaki. The movie is based on the real-life story of Sabita Badhei, which gained massive media coverage. It tells the story of a tribal girl, Durga, who is betrayed by a government officer and fights for her conjugal rights, seeking marital recognition to give proper identity to her illegitimate child. The government intervened to appoint a Lok Adalat to give speedy justice in this case. Both Yamuna and Vinod were introduced by Ushakiran Movies in this film. The film won two Nandi Awards. A sequel for the film is going to appear as a serial from 4 April 2022 on ETV under the same title
Seetharama Raju is a 1999 Indian Telugu-language drama film written and directed by Y. V. S. Chowdary. Produced by Nagarjuna, and D. Sivaprasad Reddy, it stars Nandamuri Harikrishna, Nagarjuna Akkineni, Sakshi Shivanand, Sanghavi with music composed by M. M. Keeravani. The film won two state Nandi Awards.
Baladitya is an Indian actor, lyricist, dialogue writer, dubbing artist, and TV host who works in Telugu cinema and television. He started out as a child artiste and is known for his roles in Edurinti Mogudu Pakkinti Pellam (1991) and Little Soldiers (1996). He is a recipient of two Nandi Awards.
