The National Association of Cambodian Scouts is the national Scouting organization in Cambodia. It was founded in September 2005 through the merger of the Scout Organization of Cambodia and the Cambodian Scouts and became a member of the World Organization of the Scout Movement (WOSM) on 1 July 2008. The coeducational association serves 5,404 members as of 2011.
The Fédération Burkinabé du Scoutisme, the national federation of two Scouting organizations in Burkina Faso, was founded in 1943, and became a member of the World Organization of the Scout Movement in 1972 under the name of Upper Volta. The coeducational Fédération Burkinabé du Scoutisme has 9,398 members as of 2011.
Les Scouts du Cameroun is the national Scouting organization of Cameroon. Scouting in Cameroon was started in 1937. The association was founded in 1973 through the merger of five predecessors. Cameroonese Scouting became a member of the World Organization of the Scout Movement in 1971. The coeducational "Scouts du Cameroun" has 4,561 members as of 2008.
The Fédération des Scouts de la République démocratique du Congo (FESCO), the national federation of eleven Scouting organizations of the Democratic Republic of the Congo, was founded in 1924, and became a member of the World Organization of the Scout Movement (WOSM) first in 1963 and again in 1981. The coeducational Fédération des Scouts de la République démocratique du Congo has 71,486 members as of 2010.
The Fédération Ivoirienne du Scoutisme is the national federation of three Scouting organizations of the Côte d'Ivoire. The coeducational Fédération Ivoirienne du Scoutisme has 23,213 members as of 2011.

The Association des Scouts et Guides du Congo is one of the national Scouting and Guiding organizations of the Republic of the Congo (Brazzaville). The coeducational organization was founded in 1992 and has about 40 groups with 3,000 members, but there is no national organization recognized by the World Organization of the Scout Movement.

The Lëtzebuerger Guiden a Scouten is one of Luxembourg's Scouting and Guiding organizations. It is a member of the federation Scouting in Luxembourg and of the World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts.

Guiding was introduced to Lebanon in 1937 and became a member of the World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts (WAGGGS) in 1954. The girls-only federation consists of five independent organizations with a total of 6,615 members(as of 2008).
The Association des Guides du Burundi is the national Guiding organization of Burundi. As of 2018 there were 12,350 members. Founded in 1954, the girls-only organization became an associate member of the World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts in 1972 and a full member in 2008.
