The Association of Jesuit Colleges and Universities in Asia Pacific (AJCU-AP) is an association of 22 Jesuit higher educational institutions on the territory of the Jesuit Conference of Asia Pacific.

Xavier University – Ateneo de Cagayan, also known simply as the Ateneo de Cagayan or Xavier is a private, Catholic, coeducational, research basic and higher education institution. Xavier is operated by the Philippine Province of the Society of Jesus in Cagayan de Oro, Misamis Oriental, Philippines. Founded in 1933 as the Ateneo de Cagayan, it became the first higher education institution in Mindanao to receive a university status a year before its sister school Ateneo de Manila. It was given its present name in honor of the Jesuit missionary St. Francis Xavier.

The Ateneo de Tuguegarao, also referred to by its acronym AdT was a private Catholic college ran by the Philippine Province of the Society of Jesus in Tuguegarao City, Cagayan, Philippines. It was established in 1945 when the Jesuits took over the administration of the diocesan secondary school, Cagayan Valley Atheneum. The Jesuits renamed the school Ateneo de Tuguegarao after taking control. The Jesuits were naming all the schools that they were opening at that time Ateneo. Ateneo de Tuguegarao was the fifth school in the Philippines that the Jesuits named Ateneo. Ateneo de Tuguegarao had a high school and college departments. In 1962, the school was closed when the Jesuits left Tuguegarao.
John de Britto, SJ, also known as Arul Anandar, was a Portuguese Jesuit missionary and martyr, often called "the Portuguese St Francis Xavier" by Indian Catholics. He is also called the John the Baptist of India.
Jose Ramon Tizon Villarin, S.J., known as "Fr. Jett" to his students and colleagues, is a Filipino Jesuit priest and scientist who served as the 30th president of the Ateneo de Manila University. On June 29, 2010, he was elected to succeed Bienvenido Nebres as president, and later elected for two more terms before stepping down on July 31, 2020. Prior to his Ateneo De Manila presidency, he was succeeded as President of Xavier University - Ateneo de Cagayan by Roberto Yap.

The Universidad de San Ignacio was a university in the city of Manila which existed during the Spanish colonial era in the Philippines. It was founded in 1590 and is one of the earliest educational institutions built by Europeans in East Asia when it was established by Spanish Jesuits headed by Fr. Antonio Sedeño, S.J. The school ceased its existence following the expulsion of the Jesuits in the archipelago in 1768.

Joel Eduque Tabora, is a Filipino Jesuit priest and was the fourth president of Ateneo de Davao University from 2011 to 2023. He served as the president of PAASCU from 2012 to 2021. He also served as the second president of Ateneo de Naga University from 1999 to 2011. He is currently taking his sabbatical leave in Malaybalay, Bukidnon, Philippines.
