The Mercedes-Benz W126 is a series of passenger cars made by Daimler-Benz AG. It was marketed as the second generation of the Mercedes-Benz S-Class, and manufactured in sedan/saloon (1979–1991) as well as coupé (1981–1990) models, succeeding the company's W116 range. Mercedes-Benz introduced the 2-door C126 coupé model, marketed as the SEC, in September 1981. The Mercedes-Benz C111 was a series of experimental automobiles produced by Daimler-Benz in the 1960s and 1970s. The Mercedes-Benz "Kurzhauber" (short-bonnet) truck is a conventional layout, cab-after-engine truck manufactured from 1959 to present day (2023). In Germany it is most commonly referred to as the Kurzhauber. The engine intruded into the cabin underneath the windshield, all in the name of making a shorter truck to meet the strict period German regulations on overall length. The Mercedes-Benz 170 S is a luxury car which was produced by Mercedes-Benz from 1949 until 1955 in various gasoline and diesel powered forms. It was initially offered with a 1.8 liter version of the 1.7 liter inline-four cylinder M136 engine used in the slightly smaller production type 170 V. It was the first Mercedes-Benz to carry in its name the suffix “S” (for Sonder modell denoting a superior level of comfort and quality. As such, its intended market was successful business owners and company directors.
The Mercedes-Benz X-Class (W470) was a pickup truck sold by the German automaker Mercedes-Benz, a division of German multinational company Daimler AG. Unveiled at a world premiere in Cape Town, South Africa in July 2017, the pickup took its chassis from the Nissan Navara and employed many Mercedes-specific features and technologies, including some engines not shared with the Navara. It first went on sale in late 2017.
The Mercedes-Benz MB700 is a medium-sized cab-over truck designed and produced by PT German Motor Manufacturing in Indonesia since June 1994. The MB700 was intended specifically for Asian markets. Its rough road capabilities also made it suitable for sale across Africa and the Middle East. It ended up being assembled and sold in several additional countries. The Turkish assembly, by Mercedes-Benz Türk A.Ş, commenced in June 1996. This was also the time that the facelifted MB800 model arrived. The truck was discontinued in 2002.
