Atte Erik Harjanne (born 13 July 1984 in Helsinki) is a Finnish politician currently serving in the Parliament of Finland for the Green League at the Helsinki constituency. [1]

In 2021 Harjanne was nominated the chairperson of the Green parliamentary group. [2]

Seppo Harjanne is a Finnish former rally co-driver. He is best known for co-driving for Timo Salonen from 1979 to 1988 and for Tommi Mäkinen from 1990 to 1997. With Salonen, Harjanne took ten World Rally Championship victories for the factory teams of Datsun, Peugeot and Mazda, and the 1985 drivers' world championship title in a Peugeot 205 Turbo 16 E2. With Mäkinen, competing mainly for the Team Mitsubishi Ralliart, he won ten more WRC events along with the 1996 and 1997 drivers' titles in a Lancer Evolution.

RUST was a Finnish rock band from Helsinki formed in 2001. The band's first album, Softly, was released in Finland in August 2004 and reached Top 50 on the national album chart with promising reviews in music papers, magazines and web magazines in Europe. Samuel Harjanne is a director originally from Finland. He is currently living in Denmark. Before his career as a director, he performed voice-dubbing roles in the Finnish language for foreign media, including major character roles, as well as in various musicals in the Finnish and Swedish speaking theatres in Finland. He has directed and/or acted in theaters in Finland, such as: Helsinki City Theatre, Åbo Svenska Teater, Turku City Theatre, Wasa Teater, Tampereen Työväen Teatteri and Tampereen teatteri. The Raumanmeri school shooting was a school shooting that occurred on 25 January 1989 at the Raumanmeri secondary school in Rauma, Finland. It was the first school shooting in the history of Finland. A then-14-year-old student at the Raumanmeri secondary school fatally shot two of his classmates using a pistol that belonged to his father. The shooter had claimed to be a victim of bullying. Due to the perpetrator being under the age of 15, he never faced any criminal charges for the attack.

Kaltio is a bimonthly Finnish cultural magazine based in Oulu, Finland. It has been in circulation since 1945 making it one of the earliest magazines in Finland. In fact, it is the only national cultural magazine that has been published regularly outside the Helsinki Metropolitan Area for a long time. The title of the magazine is a reference to a spring specific to the region which always has fresh water.
