August Udoh is a Nigerian photographer best known for his photography of the Dambe traditional boxers in Nigeria. [1] He has done many celebrity portraits including those for M.I Abaga, eLDee, Eva Alordiah, Burna Boy, YCee, [2] Iceprince and others. [3] [4] In 2017, he created a photo series about athletes with disabilities to shed light on their struggles. [5] In 2018, he did a photography series "Dambe" highlighting the underground martial arts club called Dambe. He created the series as a way for the photographs to be "shedding light upon such regional disparities." [1]

Alongside his sporting career, he hosted the weekend afternoon radio show on Australian radio station Triple J, and the ABC live music show The Set, as well as being a commentator for the 2019 Australian Open. He also was a member of the panel on the AFL Footy Show in 2019. He is the only man to complete the Calendar-Year Grand Slam in quad doubles, winning all four major titles in 2019; in addition he has also won a non-calendar year Grand Slam in quad singles.

George Kalinsky is a photographer. He has been the official photographer for Madison Square Garden since 1966 and also serves as the official photographer at Radio City Music Hall. In November 2010 the National Arts Club awarded him their Medal of Honor for Photography.

Uganda sent a delegation to compete at the 2016 Summer Paralympics in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, from 7 to 18 September 2016. This was the eighth appearance of the country in the Summer Paralympic Games after it debuted forty-four years prior at the 1972 Heidelberg Paralympics. Athletics track runner David Emong was the sole athlete representing Uganda in Rio de Janeiro. He took part in the men's 400 metres T45–47 competition on 8 September and did not qualify for the finals because he was fifteenth overall. Emong participated in the men's 1500 metres T45–46 event later that day and he took Uganda's first medal in Paralympic competition by coming second in the final.

Anny or Anietie Robert is a Nigerian celebrity, portrait photographer and creative director born on 28 October 1990 in Niger State, Nigeria. After years as a graphic artist, Robert began his photography career in 2014. He studied computer science at the Covenant University.
