Babic sausages are a Romanian sausage [1] made from beef and pork [2] and strongly seasoned with spices. The original recipe contains pork and beef and has Slavic origins [3] [4] (Serbian and Bulgarian). It usually has a reddish color due to ingredients (spices) and is similar to ghiudem sausage. [4] [5]

Preparing the traditional dish is also continued by Poles from Lviv whose families were resettled in the Recovered Territories after World War II. In Italy, Portugal, Switzerland, Slovenia, Croatia and many other countries, this dish is known as polenta, while in Georgia, it is called ღომი (gomi).

Sodium bicarbonate and broth or water are also added to the mixture. It is similar to ćevapi and other ground meat based dishes throughout the Balkans and Middle East.

A7 motorway (Romania)

The A7 motorway, also known as the Ploiești–Siret Motorway or the Moldavia Motorway, is a partially built motorway and expressway route in Romania, that upon completion will link Ploiești to the north-eastern part of the country, partly along the Pan-European Corridor IX. It will run along the route: Buzău, Focșani, Bacău, Roman, Pașcani and Suceava, continuing from the Ukrainian border near Siret as the Highway M19 towards Chernivtsi. Plans call that at Rădăuți (Milișăuți) the road towards Siret becomes a expressway, however this section is yet to have a route number assigned.

The 2008–09 Liga I was the ninety-first season of Liga I, the top-level football league of Romania. Season began on 26 July 2008 and ended on 10 June 2009. CFR Cluj were the defending champions.

Bologna sausage, also spelled baloney, is a sausage derived from mortadella, a similar-looking, finely ground pork sausage containing cubes of pork fat, originally from the Italian city of Bologna. Typical seasoning for bologna includes black pepper, nutmeg, allspice, celery seed and coriander and, like mortadella, myrtle berries give it its distinctive flavor. Other common names include parizer in the countries deriving from ex-Yugoslavia, Hungary and Romania, polony in Zimbabwe, Zambia, South Africa and Western Australia, devon in most states of Australia, and fritz in South Australia.

Tobă

Tobă, "caș de cap de porc", is a kind of a traditional Romanian delicatessen which looks like a wide sausage, 4 inch diameter using usually pig's stomach, stuffed with pork jelly, liver, and skin suspended in aspic.

Crenvurșt is a Romanian sausage, made with beef's meat and bacon finely chopped, placed in sheep's intestines and often served by pair.

The 2021–22 Liga II is the 82nd season of the Liga II, the second tier of the Romanian football league system. A total of 20 teams contest the league. It is the sixth Liga II season with a single series. In the regular season each team plays every other team once, then will follow a promotion play-off and a relegation play-out. The first two teams will promote to Liga I at the end of the season and the third-placed and fourth-placed team will play a play-off match against the 13th-placed and 14th-placed team from Liga I. The last five teams will relegate to Liga III. The season is scheduled to begin on 31 July 2021 and to end on 4 June 2022.

Presidential elections are to be held in Romania in mid- or late November 2024, with an eventual second round to be held in late November or early December 2024. Incumbent President of Romania Klaus Iohannis, first elected in 2014 and then re-elected for a second term in 2019, is not eligible for another candidacy anymore.
