Contents

There were ten men's events, nine women's events, and three mixed doubles events. Badminton offers qualification ranking points for the men's and women's singles events players for the 2024 Summer Paralympics. [3]

The Badminton World Federation (BWF) is the international governing body for the sport of badminton recognised by the International Olympic Committee (IOC). It was founded in 1934 as the International Badminton Federation (IBF) with nine member nations. Qualification for badminton at the 2020 Summer Paralympics begins on 1 January 2019 to 16 May 2021. There are 90 expected slots for the sport across fourteen medal events.
