The Bank of Commerce Building is an historic building in Oregon City, Oregon, United States. In the early 2010s, the building's owners requested urban renewal grant funding in the amount of $40,000 to renovate exterior brick, masonry, and terra cotta, and add awnings and windows. [1] The building houses the restaurants Ingrid's Scandinavian Food and Second Son Kimbap, as of late 2017. [2]

It is now named for its address at 1250 René Lévesque Boulevard West, in the Ville-Marie borough of Downtown Montreal. It is adjacent to the Bell Centre and Windsor Station to the south, and stands on the site of the former American Presbyterian Church. It is connected to the Bonaventure metro station and the underground city network.
