Barbara Siciliano (born 19 September 1972) is a retired Italian female volleyball player. She was part of the Italy women's national volleyball team.
She participated in the 1994 FIVB Volleyball Women's World Championship. [1] On club level she played with Anthesis Modena.

With Serbia national team, Spasojević won Bronze medal at the 2006 FIVB Women's World Championship and Silver medal at the 2007 Women's European Volleyball Championship.
