Batley Carr was a Great Northern Railway station serving Batley Carr, Yorkshire. It had two side platforms, with the facilities on the northbound platform. It was accessed via Wood Lane, which was built with a kink to get around the facilities. This kink survives to this day. [1]

The station opened on 12 April 1880 [2] and closed to passengers in March 1950. [3]

Hull Paragon Interchange is a transport interchange providing rail, bus and coach services located in the city centre of Kingston upon Hull, England. The G.T. Andrews-designed station was originally named Paragon Station, and together with the adjoining Station Hotel, it opened in 1847 as the new Hull terminus for the growing traffic of the York and North Midland (Y&NMR) leased to the Hull and Selby Railway (H&S). As well as trains to the west, the station was the terminus of the Y&NMR and H&S railway's Hull to Scarborough Line. From the 1860s the station also became the terminus of the Hull and Holderness and Hull and Hornsea railways.

Sykehouse railway station was a station on the Hull and Barnsley and Great Central Joint Railway between Thorpe-in-Balne and Snaith and Pollington. It was built with the line which opened on 1 May 1916, but the station never opened to passengers. Like most stations on this line, it was situated on the edge of Sykehouse some distance from the village centre. Despite never opening to passengers, the station had the necessary facilities, and the two flanking platforms remained in situ until 1960.

Earlsheaton was a Bradford, Wakefield and Leeds Railway station serving the eastern areas of Dewsbury in West Yorkshire. The station was opened in 1875 on the Great Northern Batley–Dewsbury Central–Wakefield line, the so-called Dewsbury Loop. The line was extended to Batley by 1880.

Bradford, Wakefield and Leeds Railway

The Bradford, Wakefield and Leeds Railway was an independent railway company that built a line between Wakefield and a junction close to Leeds, in Yorkshire, England. It opened its main line in 1857, and was worked by the Great Northern Railway. The line shortened the GNR route to Leeds.

Snaith and Pollington railway station was a station on the Hull and Barnsley and Great Central Joint Railway between Sykehouse and Carlton. It was built with the line which opened on 1 May 1916, but the station never opened to passengers.
