Belgrave is the self-titled debut studio EP by Canadian artistic pop band Belgrave, released in May 2011. [1]
The EP is a compilation of songs originally found on Belgrave's unreleased demo. The songs were written between 2009-2010 and submitted to producer Joseph Donovan. Donovan spent nearly six months dedicating much of his time perfecting Belgrave's sound. Subsequently, the EP's launch date had been delayed twice. [2] February 11 at Montreal's La Sala Rossa and May 4 at O Patro Vys were original launch dates until the band and Donovan finally settled on May 27. [3] The Montreal Gazette's review of Belgrave was positive. [4] While CHOM 97.7 has featured the track Tokyo multiple times, many music blogs raved about the track Six Minutes. [5] [6]

Mastodon has released seven studio albums, as well as a number of other releases. The band's 2002 debut album, Remission, garnered significant critical acclaim for its unique sound. Mastodon's second full-length release, Leviathan, is a concept album based on the novel Moby-Dick by Herman Melville. Slow Life is an EP by the Welsh alternative rock band Super Furry Animals, released in 2004. The EP was made available as a free download and also saw a limited CD release, bundled with remix album Phantom Phorce. Lead track "Slow Life" appeared on the 2003 album Phantom Power and was originally composed as a purely electronic song by keyboardist Cian Ciaran several years earlier. The band were keen to finish the track and Ciaran encouraged them to jam over his original version—this jam was then edited and made into the finished song. The track "Motherfokker" is a collaboration between the Super Furry Animals and rap group Goldie Lookin Chain.

Boize was a Canadian heavy metal and glam metal band based in Montreal, Quebec. The band was formed in the spring of 1989 in Laval, Quebec when vocalist Perry Blainey responded to an advertisement placed in the Montreal Gazette newspaper by bassist and keyboardist Stéphane Fania and guitarist Robert Kourie. Boize was associated with record label Aquarius Records and was managed by Canadian musician star and recording studio owner Bill Hill, under his music production company and management agency Bill Hill Productions. The band also had a brief association with South American heavy metal legend Alvacast, when singer Carlos "Charly" Lopez joined Boize as new vocalist in the fall of 1992.
