Ben L. Smith High School (commonly known as Smith High School) is a public high school in Greensboro, North Carolina. It is a part of the Guilford County Schools district.
The school is named after Ben L. Smith (1893–1958), a former veteran, educator, and long time superintendent of Greensboro Public Schools. The school's main campus was built in 1963, with additions completed throughout the late 1960s and into the 1970s. In 2006, an additional 59,000 square feet of space was added to the campus's main buildings. [3]
