Benedict Hollerbach (born 17 May 2001) is a German professional footballer who plays as a left winger or centre-forward for Bundesliga side Union Berlin. [1] He has played for Germany at under-18 level.

Club career

After playing youth football with TSV Tutzing, Bayern Munich and VfB Stuttgart, [2] Hollerbach signed for Wehen Wiesbaden on a three-year contract in September 2020. [3]

In July 2023, Hollerbach signed for Union Berlin, moving to the top-flight Bundesliga for the first time in his career. [4]

Agyemang Diawusie was a German professional footballer who played as a right winger. He was a German youth international with an appearance for the national under-19 team. As a winger from RB Leipzig's academy, Diawusie started his professional career as a loanee at SV Wehen Wiesbaden in the 2017–18 season. The 2020 DFB-Pokal Final decided the winner of the 2019–20 DFB-Pokal, the 77th season of the annual German football cup competition. The match was played on 4 July 2020 at the Olympiastadion in Berlin. Though originally scheduled for 23 May 2020, the German Football Association postponed the final on 24 April due to the COVID-19 pandemic in Germany. On 11 May 2020, the DFB Executive Committee approved a resumption of the competition, with the final scheduled for 4 July, subject to political approval, using a hygiene concept similar to that implemented by the DFL in the Bundesliga and 2. Bundesliga. As with other competitions, the match was played behind closed doors without any spectators. Due to the postponement, the match was the first DFB-Pokal final to take place after June since 1974.
