The Benson Tower is a residential high-rise building located in downtown Portland, Oregon, United States. It stands at a height of 250 feet (76 meters) and was completed in late 2007.

It was named after the historic timber baron Simon Benson, as the tower was built on the site of his original residence. The Benson Tower has 26 floors and features 58 single bedroom condominiums, 92 two bedroom condominiums and 6 penthouses. Designed in the modern Vancouver, B.C. point tower style by Hancock Brucker, now IBI Group of Vancouver, B.C. and constructed by ITC Construction Group of Vancouver, B.C. The project attracted controversy from the local and international trade unions as it was built using open shop practices. ITC Construction Group is large general contractor with over 120 highrise towers to its credit in Western Canada and the Northwest USA. [1]

The Sail @ Marina Bay is a waterfront lifestyle condominium located in the Marina Bay area in Singapore. It was completed in 2008. The first tenants have moved into Central Park Tower in July 2008. Residents moved into Marina Bay Tower a few weeks later. The structure of The Sail is 245 m (804 ft) with 70 storeys and is one of Singapore's tallest condominia/apartment buildings. This development offers panoramic city view of Marina Bay and the sea. It is close to some of Singapore's famous landmarks such as Suntec City, Marina Bay Sands, Esplanade, Telok Ayer Market and the Singapore River. The Downtown MRT station is built a few meters to the West of the building. The building was erected on reclaimed land, and the Central Linear Park is built on the South Side next to the building.

John Ross Tower is a condominium skyscraper in the South Waterfront neighborhood in Portland, Oregon. It stands at a height of 99.1 m (325 ft), the first building in the district to reach the maximum height allowed for development and Portland's seventh-tallest building. It is also the largest residential building built in Portland since the KOIN Center in 1984. It was designed by the firm of TVA Architects and topped out in 2007. The Oregonian called it the "symbol of condo craze" in Portland, with sales opening "at the height of the condo bubble" in 2005.

The Ardea, formerly 3720, is a 30-story 99.06 m (325.0 ft) apartment skyscraper in the South Waterfront district of Portland, Oregon. The building was completed in March 2009, however was turned over in phases allowing occupancy beginning in August 2008. The Ardea was developed by Gerding Edlen, designed by GBD Architects, and constructed by Hoffman Construction. The building was initially designed to be a condominium building but was converted to apartments after the Portland housing and condominium supply outstripped demand. The Ardea joins John Ross Tower as the seventh tallest building in Portland.

Park Avenue West Tower is a high-rise in downtown Portland, Oregon, United States. The 30-floor tower consists of commercial office space, ground floor retail, and apartments. It is the fourth tallest building in Portland behind the Wells Fargo Center, KOIN Center, and the US Bancorp Tower. Developed by TMT Development and designed by TVA Architects. The building is taller than allowed by the zoning code at the time. A deal was made with the city for a variance in exchange for employing union workers—fulfillment is still under dispute.

The Hilton Portland Downtown and Duniway Hotel are a pair of Hilton-brand hotels located in downtown Portland, Oregon. The original 22-story, 240-foot (73 m) tower was completed in 1962 and was named the Hilton Portland. The second tower with 20 floors, located kitty-corner from the original building, to the northeast, was completed in 2002 and was originally named the Hilton Executive Tower, until its renaming as The Duniway Hotel in 2017. Ladd Tower

Ladd Tower is a 23-story residential building in downtown Portland, Oregon, completed in early 2009. The construction of Ladd Tower necessitated that the Ladd Carriage House, directly adjacent the construction site, temporarily be moved from its foundation; it returned in October 2008. The building is managed by Holland Residential, which also has commercial space on the ground floor. The main residential tower also shares space on the first through third floors with an adjacent church.

The Stratford Residences is an unfinished high-rise residential and commercial building that will rise in Makati, Philippines. It is being developed by Picar Development, Inc., the development arm and real estate subsidiary of the AMA Group of Companies owned by Ambassador Amable R. Aguiluz V.

Hoffman Construction Company is a privately held construction founded in 1922. It is headquartered in Portland, Oregon. It also has an office location in Seattle. With a revenue of US$1.4 billion in FY2017, Hoffman was the 4th largest privately held company in Oregon and SW Washington by revenue in FY2017. It was the second largest general contractor in the Portland metro area in April 2019.

Cosmopolitan on the Park Condominium skyscraper in Portland, Oregon

Cosmopolitan on the Park, or simply the Cosmopolitan, is a high-rise condominium building in Portland, Oregon's Pearl District, in the United States. Construction began in 2014 and was completed in 2016. It is the tallest building in the Pearl District and the tallest residential tower in Portland. Its glass curtain exterior wall system was designed by Benson Industries, of Portland, which designed and manufactured a similar exterior for One World Trade Center, in New York City.

88 Nairobi Condominium is a 44-storey residential skyscraper under construction in the Upper Hill neighborhood of Nairobi, the capital and largest city of Kenya. When completed it is expected to become the tallest residential structure in Sub Saharan Africa.
