Benz & MD was a duo of Canadian electronic music DJs and producers Greg Benz and Marco Di Carlo, both graduates of the well-known BealArts program at London, Ontario's H. B. Beal Secondary School. [1] They began recording together in 2003, releasing singles mainly on Aurium Recordings and Release Records, plus Silver Planet, and Baroque Records ("Underoath"). [2] Their 2004 track "Release Time" was recorded by Flash Brothers. [3] "Sound 64" was recorded in collaboration with Ebrius and released by Aurium Recordings. [4] The pair released a 12" vinyl with two versions of "Snowblind". [1]

Contents

Their track "Turning The Curves" was included in the 2006 Markus Schulz album Ibiza '06. [5] "Percasins' was included in the Groove spot Mix in 2006. [6] A remix of the song "Vacant" was included in the 2008 album Hydra by the band Iris. [7] [8]

Their final album, Six, was released in September 2019. Iris disbanded in 2021.

Jesu are a British experimental metal band formed in 2003 by Justin Broadrick following the breakup of his band Godflesh. Deepsky is an electronic music act based in Los Angeles. Originally from Albuquerque, New Mexico, Deepsky was formed in 1995 by J. Scott G. and Jason Blum after the dissolution of their first band Q, active from 1992-1995. Its two founding members met originally at the University of New Mexico. Between 1995 and 1996 they concurrently comprised the Dayspring Collective with Shawn Parker, whom together released a CD on the Fragrant Music label titled Spark in 1997. Aly & Fila are an Egyptian trance music duo made up of Aly El Sayed Amr Fathalah (Aly) and Fadi Wassef Naguib (Fila). They host an Internet radio show called Future Sound of Egypt, and are the founders of the label of the same name. The duo has played events across the world including Ultra Music Festival, Tomorrowland, Global Gathering, and Luminosity Beach Festival. Four of their tracks were chosen as "Tune of the Year" on Armin Van Buuren's show A State of Trance: "We Control The Sunlight," which featured the vocals of Jwaydan Moyine in 2011, "Unbreakable," with Roger Shah and vocals by Susana in 2016, "Somebody Loves You", which featured vocals from Plumb in 2020, and "For All Time" with Armin Van Buuren and vocals by Kazi Jay in 2021.
