Berliner BC 03 was a German association football club from the city of Berlin. In the 1920s and 1930s, the club was known as BBC Brandenburg 92 Berlin and then FV Brandenburg 92 Berlin before eventually becoming part of a later side VfB Lichterfelde .
The team was established 18 November 1903 and played in the Oberliga Berlin-Brandenburg (I) for nearly a decade. [1] Sent down in 1905 after their first season in the top flight, BBC returned a year later and played as a middling side until just before the outbreak of World War I. They earned a second-place result in 1913 and then finished the 1913–14 campaign atop their division. That earned BBC a place on the national stage: they advanced to the semifinals where they were put out 3:4 by eventual German champions SpVgg Fürth .
During this period BBC made a string of Berliner Pokal (Berlin Cup) appearances, advancing to the final in 1907 and 1909. Both of these matches ended in defeat at the hands of Viktoria 89 Berlin (0:2, 0:4).
During the war BBC played four seasons (1914–18) alongside Berliner Turnverein von 1850 as Kriegsvereinigung Berlin with their best result coming as a second-place finish in 1915. The club was relegated at the end of the 1917–18 season and continued to compete as a lower-tier side. On 22 July 1921, they merged with Sportverein Brandenburg 92 Berlin to become Berliner Ballspiel-Club Brandenburg 92 Berlin, which played the 1924–25 season in the Oberliga Berlin. In 1926 they were briefly joined by Sportclub Brandenburg 1922 Berlin which broke away again that same year to form Berliner BC 1926.
In 1929 the club adopted the name Fußballverein Brandenburg 92 Berlin and in 1933 was joined by the membership of Fußball-Club Eintract Lankwitz. Following World War II, most organizations in the country, including sports and football clubs, were dissolved by occupying Allied authorities and FV briefly disappeared. The former membership was re-organized as Sportgemeinde Steglitz-Friedenau in 1945 before the club resumed its pre-war identity in 1950. On 4 June 1971, FV joined Fußball-Club 1912 Lichterfelde to become FV Brandenburg-Lichterfeld. On 2 June 1988 FV merged with Lichterfelder Sport-Union to create VfB, which merged with Viktoria Berlin in 2013 to become FC Viktoria 1889 Berlin .
Karlsruher FV is a German association football club that plays in Karlsruhe, Baden-Württemberg. Established on 17 November 1891, KFV was a founding member of the German Football Association in 1900 and is the oldest still existing football club in Southern Germany. The club was one of the leading German football clubs before the First World War. The team went on to capture the national championship in 1910 with a 1–0 victory over Holstein Kiel, but lost the final in 1905 and 1912. The KFV claimed the Southern German football championship from 1901 to 1905 and from 1910 to 1912. After a financial collapse and a resulting disqualification from league operations in 2004, the club continued its activities in 2007.
Sp.Vg. Blau-Weiß 1890 Berlin, generally referred to as Blau-Weiß 90, was a German association football club based in the Mariendorf district of Berlin. The club was formed on 27 July 1927 out of the merger of Berliner FC Vorwärts 1890, German championship runner-up of 1921, and Berliner Thor- und Fussball Club Union 1892, German champions of 1905. Blau-Weiß 90 spent one season in the German first division, the Bundesliga.
1. FC Frankfurt is a German football club based in Frankfurt (Oder), Brandenburg. The club was founded as the army club SV VP Vorwärts Leipzig in Leipzig in East Germany in 1951. The club won six East German championships as ASK Vorwärts Berlin and FC Vorwärts Berlin between 1958 and 1969.

Football, rugby, and cricket came to continental Europe in the late 19th century, and these "English games" became immediately popular in many countries. Viktoria was the oldest club in Germany that had teams playing both football and cricket. It was one of the founding members of the German Football Association (DFB) in Leipzig in 1900. The club merged with Lichterfelder FC in 2013 and has continued as FC Viktoria 1889 Berlin.
Berliner SV 1892 is a German association football club from the district of Wilmersdorf, Berlin. BSV is one of the country's oldest clubs and was a founding member of the DFB in 1900. The club also operates a rugby union department, Berliner SV 92 Rugby, which, in 1948, reached the German rugby union championship final.

The Amateur-Oberliga Berlin was the second tier of the German football league system in the city of West Berlin in Germany from 1947 until the formation of the Bundesliga in 1963, operating under the name of Amateurliga Berlin. After 1963, it was the third tier until 1991, when the league was disbanded. In 1974, the league changed its name from Amateurliga Berlin to Amateur-Oberliga Berlin.

SV Norden-Nordwest is a German football club from Berlin. It was established as Berliner Fußball Club des Nordens on 16 October 1898 and in 1906 merged with Berliner Fußball Club Norden-West, also established in 1898, to play as FC Norden-Nordwest Berlin. The combined side immediately claimed the title in the Märkischer Fußball-Bund (MFB), an early Berlin-based circuit, before going out 1–9 to VfB Leipzig in the quarterfinals of the national championship. As FC des Norden the club had previously earned second place MFB finishes in 1903 and 1905.
The Brandenburg football championship was the name of highest association football competition in the Prussian Province of Brandenburg, including Berlin, established in 1898. The competition was organized by various regional football associations between 1898 and 1933. The last incarnation of the competition was the VBB-Oberliga. The competition was disbanded in 1933 with the rise of the Nazis to power.
The Nordkreis-Liga was the highest association football league in the German Grand Duchy of Hesse and the Prussian province of Hesse-Nassau from 1909 to 1918. The league was disbanded with the introduction of the Kreisliga Nordmain, Kreisliga Südmain and Kreisliga Hessen in 1919.

Berliner FV was a German association football club from the city of Berlin. It was established 16 August 1910 as Berliner Fußball-Verein Ost 1910, but quickly became known simply as Berliner FV, and went on to play a single season in the top-flight Oberliga Berlin in 1921–22. On 6 June 1926 the club merged with Berliner Sportclub Vorwärts Ost 1912 to play again as Berliner FV Ost 1910.
BSC Kickers 1900 is a German football club from the Schöneberg district of south central Berlin. The roots of the club are in the establishment of Berliner Thor- und Fußball Club Elf on 1 November 1900. This was followed by a series of mergers that led to the formation of Schöneberger FC Kickers 1900 in 1923 and the club's advance to first division play in the Oberliga Berlin-Brandenburg (I).

VfL Nord Berlin was a German association football club from the city of Berlin. It was formed on 21 May 1947 in the aftermath of World War II as the successor to Berliner Fußball-Club Favorit which was established 15 October 1896 and was one of the founding clubs of the DFB at Leipzig in 1900.
