Bermondsey Town Football Club is a football club based in Rotherhithe, England. They are currently members of the Kent County League Premier Division and play at St Paul's Sports Ground, groundsharing with Fisher.
In 2013, Bermondsey Town were formed, playing Sunday league football. In 2017, the club switched to Saturday football, joining the Surrey South Eastern Combination. [1] In 2022, the club was admitted into the Southern Counties East Football League Division One. [2]
After entering the Surrey South Eastern Combination, Bermondsey used the Crystal Palace National Sports Centre. [1] The club currently play at St Paul's Sports Ground, Rotherhithe, groundsharing with Fisher and Millwall Community Trust. [3]
Bermondsey is a district in southeast London, part of the London Borough of Southwark, England, 2.5 miles (4.0 km) southeast of Charing Cross. To the west of Bermondsey lies Southwark, to the east Rotherhithe and Deptford, to the south Walworth and Peckham, and to the north is Wapping across the River Thames. It lies within the historic county boundaries of Surrey. During the Industrial Revolution Bermondsey became a centre for manufacturing, particularly in relation to tanning. More recently it has experienced regeneration including warehouse conversions to flats and the provision of new transport links.
Cambridge City Football Club is a football club based in Cambridgeshire, England, who currently play in the Isthmian League North Division. Formed in 1908 as Cambridge Town F.C. in Cambridge, they played their home games at the City Ground, Cambridge, between 1922 and 2013, and changed their name in 1951 when Cambridge was granted city status. Since 2013 they have been without a permanent home ground, groundsharing at Histon's Bridge Road, and St Ives Town's Westwood Road, while a new ground at Sawston is being built, scheduled to open in 2024.
Fisher Athletic F.C. were a semi-professional football club from South East London, which last played in the Conference South, which is one of the two leagues that form the sixth tier of the English football league system. The Bermondsey-based club ground-shared at Champion Hill Stadium, the home of Dulwich Hamlet. They were wound up by the High Court, after failing to repay their debts, on 13 May 2009. However, it was announced on 29 May that a new club, Fisher F.C., had been formed. The new club was elected to the Kent League for the 2009–10 season.
Walton Casuals Football Club was a football club based in Walton-on-Thames, Surrey. Founded in 1948, the club was affiliated to the Surrey County Football Association, and had been a part of the football pyramid since 1992.
Epsom & Ewell Football Club is a football club based in Epsom, Surrey, England. Affiliated to the Surrey County Football Association, the club are currently members of the Combined Counties League Premier Division South and groundshare at Cobham's Leg O' Mutton Field. The club have played outside Epsom since leaving their West Street Ground in 1993.

Sutton Common Rovers Football Club is a semi-professional football club currently competing in the Isthmian League South Central Division. Originally based in Carshalton, the club moved southwest to Leatherhead, Surrey, in 2007 upon joining the Combined Counties League. At the start of the 2009–10 season the club moved into a groundshare with Cobham at the Reg Madgwick Stadium, and further away from Carshalton. At the end of the 2014–15 season the club announced that it would be groundsharing with Sutton United for the 2015–16 season. For the 2022–23 season, the club announced a move to Church Road now privately owned by a company called IRama. The club are now equal tenants with newly reformed AFC Whyteleafe. In 2024 - 2025 season the club announced they would move back to London Borough of Sutton to Carshalton Athletic's ground.

The South London derby is the name given to a football derby contested by any two of Bromley, Charlton Athletic, Crystal Palace, Millwall, and AFC Wimbledon, the five professional Football Association clubs that play in the Football League in South London, England. A sixth club, Sutton United, is also located in South London but currently do not compete in the Football League. It is sometimes more specifically called the South East London derby when played between Charlton and Millwall. The close geographical proximity of all the teams contributes significantly to the rivalries.
