Bernard Orcel (born 2 April 1945) is a French former alpine skier who competed in the 1968 Winter Olympics and 1972 Winter Olympics.

Annecy is the prefecture and largest city of the Haute-Savoie department in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region of Southeastern France. He was poised to take on the role of Chief Executive of Banco Santander from September 2018 to January 2019; however, the job offer was later withdrawn which resulted in him taking legal action against Santander.
