Beth Lygoe

Beth Lygoe (born 17 September 1981) is a British born Saint Lucian sailor. She competed in Women's Laser Radial at the 2011 ISAF Sailing World Championships. [1] She competed in Women's Laser Radial at the 2012 Summer Olympics finishing with a rank of 37th. [2] [3] [4]

In 2016, she represented neighboring island Aruba at the Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro. She was Aruba's flag bearer at the opening ceremony of the 2015 Pan American Games. In 2023, she won silver in the Sunfish class at the 2023 Pan American Games in Santiago, Chile.
