The Bi-County Conference was a high school conference in western central Illinois. The conference par in athletics and activities in the Illinois High School Association (IHSA). The conference comprised nine public high schools with small enrollments in portions of Fulton, Hancock, Henderson, McDonough, and Warren counties.

The conference originally consisted of nine schools. It was believed to have been formed in the 1970s at some point. The conference was very competitive. All of these schools were small schools. In the 1990s, La Harpe and Northwestern formed a co-op (the Thunder), which would ultimately cause the demise of the conference. Soon after, Dallas City would leave the conference, as would Roseville; however, the Bi-County would acquire Spoon River Valley and Alexis. 1997-98 was the final year of the conference. La Harpe-Northwestern won the football title that year. As of now, Northwestern and Colchester have consolidated to form West Prairie High School. Avon High School has co-oped with Abingdon High School. Dallas City has consolidated with La Harpe and Carthage to form Illini West High School. Roseville and Monmouth have consolidated to form Monmouth-Roseville High School. Southern High School and Union High School have consolidated to form West Central High School. Yorkwood, Alexis, and Warren have consolidated to form United High School.
New Trier High School is a public four-year high school, with its main campus for sophomores through seniors located in Winnetka, Illinois, United States, and a freshman campus in Northfield, Illinois, with freshman classes and district administration. Founded in 1901, the school serves the Chicago suburbs of Wilmette, Kenilworth, Winnetka, Glencoe, and Northfield as well as portions of Northbrook, Glenview, and unincorporated Cook County. New Trier's seal depicts the Porta Nigra, a symbol of Trier, Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany. The athletic teams are known as the Trevians, an archaic demonym for the people of Trier.
Naperville North High School is a public four-year high school located at the corner of Ogden Avenue and Mill Street in the northern-central part of Naperville, Illinois, a western suburb of Chicago, Illinois, in the United States. It is the counterpart to Naperville Central High School of Naperville Community Unit School District 203. Naperville North contains more than 3000 students and over 250 certified staff members, with most of them having a master's degree or beyond. United High School or UHS, is a public four-year high schoollocated at 1905 100th Street near Monmouth, Illinois, a city of Warren County, Illinois, in the Midwestern United States. UHS is part of United Community Unit School District 304, which also includes United Junior High School, United North Elementary School, and United West Elementary School. Despite the Alexis United misnomer sometimes used to describe the high school, the campus is actually located 2 miles east of Monmouth, IL, though the district's north campus and one of the elementary schools is located in Alexis, Illinois. The misnomer is due to the district office previously being located in Alexis, Illinois. It has since been moved to the high school campus. The school serves a mixed city fringe, village, and rural residential community on the outskirts of the city of Monmouth, in the villages of Alexis, Kirkwood, Little York, North Henderson, and the unincorporated communities of Cameron and Gerlaw. Much of the school district is within the Galesburg micropolitan statistical area. United High School was formed by the consolidation of Alexis High School and Monmouth Warren High School in 2004. In 2007 Monmouth Yorkwood High School deactivated and was annexed into United High School.
