Big Brother VIP 4, is the fourth season of Big Brother VIP , hosted by Ledion Liço. [1] The season began airing on 21 December 2024 on Top Channel. [2] The whole season, live from the house, can be viewed in two live pay-per-view channels, with the name Big Brother VIP 1 and Big Brother VIP 2, which are available on Albanian television platform DigitAlb. Arbër Hajdari returned as opinionist in the live evictions shows and was joined by Neda Balluku, replacing Ori Nebijaj. [3]
For the first time in Big Brother Albania history, there would be civilian who live in the house alongside celebrities housemates. [4]
The spin-off show Big Brother VIP – Fans' Club was hosted this season, by season 3 housemate Heidi Baci. [5] The two opinionists were season 2 housemate Ronaldo Sharka and Reality TV star Shqipe Hysenaj. [6] The 60-minute radio show Big Brother Radio returned for the third season, with Elona Duro and Atalanta Kërçyku. [7]
On 16 June 2024, Top Channel renewed the show for a fourth season. [8]
In June 2024, the host of the show, Ledion Liço was asked in his interview for the show Top Arena on Top Channel, when will Big Brother VIP 4 start and Liço answered "We will wait a little longer". [9] In August 2024, the executive producer, Sara Hoxha has shared her morning coffee on social networks, where it is written Big Brother VIP 4 is coming. [10] In October 2024, on Instagram were posted the designs from the new house. [11] On 22 October 2024, it was announced that the fourth season will begin airing in December 2024. [12] On 13 November 2024, Big Brother VIP producer Sara Hoxha, released footage for the first time, showing what the Big Brother VIP 4 house will look like. [13] On 17 November 2024, was announced that Ledion Liço would return for the fourth season, as host.
On 6 December 2024, Top Channel announced that Arbër Hajdari will be returning for his fourth season as a opinionist and it was also announced that the new opinionist will be Neda Balluku, who was a housemate on the fourth season of Big Brother Albania . [14]
On 26 November 2024, Top Channel announced that in addition to the celebrities who participated in the three previous seasons, ordinary people will also take part this season. Οn the same day, applications for the show were open. [15] On 24 December 2024, six additional housemates entered the civilians house where the public voted for two of them to move into the main House. [16]
On Day 1, sixteen celebrity housemates entered the house during the launch show. [17] On Day 4, six civilians housemates entered the civilians house, where the public voted for two of them to move into the Big Brother VIP house. Besart "Gjesti" Kelmendi previously participated on the third season of Big Brother VIP Kosova , he entered the Big Brother VIP Albania house a day after his eviction. [18]

On 20 December 2024, Ledion Liço announced on the show on Top Channel Shqipëria live, that for the first time on the Albanian version would be a housemate exchange with another country. It was revealed the exchange will be with the Italian version Grande Fratello , which current broadcast the eighteen season. [19]
Like in the last seasons, the housemates would have the Round Trip Ticket, which would allow the Housemates who picked it to re-enter the house immediately following eviction. Envelopes could only be opened by a Housemate following their eviction. If a Housemate opened their envelope prior to their eviction, their card would be voided. Unlike last season not all housemates would have the Round Trip Ticket. On Day 8, Big Brother has organized a game during prime show, in which Aldo, Egli and Zebërvoki have raced to secure the Round Trip Ticket that will serve the housemates. The three housemates had to find as many tickets as possible within one minute, but taking care to get the packages that had tickets inside and not coffee. At the end of the challenge, only 9 Lori Caffe bags had tickets inside them and it was Egli who had to choose who to share them with. Egli gave tickets to Aldo, Amber, Laert, Livia, Loredana, Ols, Rozana and Zebërvoki and kept the last one for herself. [20] On Day 12, after the eviction of Jozi, Valbona broke the Emergency glass, with the name "One Way Ticket/Round Trip Ticket", and Jozi returned on the house, but the 9 housemates that have the tickets would lost them and no one could return on the house, after their elimination. [21]
New this season was the Emergency Kit Glass, where there are six boxes of advantages in the house, which housemates can take advantage of. During the first prime show of this season, host Ledion Liço warned that opening the box could lead to a punishment. [22]

Big Brother is a reality competition television franchise created by John de Mol Jr., first broadcast in the Netherlands in 1999 and subsequently syndicated internationally. The show features contestants called "housemates" or "HouseGuests" who live together in a specially constructed house that is isolated from the outside world. The name is inspired by Big Brother from George Orwell's novel Nineteen Eighty-Four, and the housemates are continuously monitored during their stay in the house by live television cameras as well as personal audio microphones. Throughout the course of the competition, they are voted out of the house until only one remains and wins the cash prize.
Big Brother Albania is the Albanian version of the Dutch reality competition franchise Big Brother created by producer John de Mol Jr. in 1997. It follows a number of contestants, known as housemates, who are isolated from the outside world for an extended period of time in a custom-built house. Each week, one of the housemates is evicted by a public vote, with the last housemate remaining winning a cash prize. The series started airing on 24 February 2008 on Top Channel and it has had nine seasons to date. Arbana Osmani hosted the first seven seasons and the ninth season. Ledion Liço hosted the eighth season as Osmani was pregnant and took time off to be with her family.

Big Brother 2 (Albania) aired on two cable channels 24 hours a day on the DigitAlb cable network, as well as on two additional channels on DigitAlb Mobile. Daily reviews were shown Monday through Saturday on Top Channel. The eviction show aired on Saturdays at 21:00 CET, while a Sunday edition closed off the week. The main host was Arbana Osmani, while Eno Popi hosted a Sunday morning edition called "Big Brother Albania Fans' Club", featuring dialogues with eliminated contestants and fans of the show. A panel of opinionists was present during the main Saturday show. Arjan Konomi, a magazine editor, and Virusi, a composer and songwriter from Kosovo, had permanent positions in this panel, while different singers, psychologists and relevant art figures were sometimes invited to give their insight.

The winner, Jetmir Salaj received a 10,000,000 lekë (€75,000) prize. Big Brother 3 (Albania) aired on two cable channels 24 hours a day on the DigitAlb cable network, as well as on two additional channels on DigitAlb Mobile. Daily reviews were shown Monday through Saturday on Top Channel. The eviction show aired on Saturdays at 21:00 CET, while a Sunday edition will close off the week. The main host is Arbana Osmani, while Eno Popi hosted the Sunday morning edition called Big Brother Albania Fans' Club, featuring dialogues with eliminated contestants and fans of the show. The Big Brother Forum also returned this year. This season will end up as the longest of all series running 113 days and ending on Saturday 15 May 2010.

The winner received the 15,000,000 lekë (€100,000) prize. The fifth season of Big Brother Albania aired on two cable and satellite channels 24 hours a day on the Digit-Alb TV network, as well as on two additional channels on DigitAlb Mobile. Daily reviews were shown Monday through Saturday on Top Channel. The eviction show aired on Saturdays at 21:00 CET, while a Sunday edition closed off the week. The main host is Arbana Osmani, while Albana Osmani hosted the Sunday morning spin-off called "Big Brother Albania Fans' Club", featuring dialogues with eliminated contestants and fans of the show. Arian Konomi returned this year and took over the role of the panelist for the third time, thus replacing Blendi Salaj. The winner of the season is Arbër Zeka. The fifth season of Big Brother Albania is known for being the most controversial one to date, it is known also for its numerous fights between the houseguests and the breakdown of a drug-addicted houseguest during the show.
The first season of Big Brother VIP was confirmed on March 13, 2013 by TVI and premiered on 21 April 2013. The season was hosted by Teresa Guilherme and came with a live channel to watch the Housemates 24 hours a day. This is the first celebrity edition of Big Brother in Portugal to use the name Big Brother VIP and the third overall after the format aired under the name Big Brother Famosos for two seasons.
Big Brother Albania 7 was the seventh season of the Albanian series of the worldwide franchise of Big Brother. It was based upon the Dutch series of the same name, which gained popularity in 1999 and 2000. It started on February 21, 2014, on Top Channel and ended after ninety-nine days on May 30, 2014. The main host was Arbana Osmani, who returned for the seventh season in a row. The live eviction show this year moved to Fridays at 21:00 CET, while the Daily Recap show aired every day of the week in different schedules, also including a weekly recap on Sundays. Ledion Liço was rumored to be the host of the spin-off show Big Brother Albania Fans' Club thus replacing Albana Osmani, but however in last minute changes, Albana Osmani returned for the third season in a row. The Fans' Club show featured dialogues with eliminated contestants and fans of the show. Liço started hosting a new spin-off series that started airing during the season, called Jashtë Bigut, which was part of the Sunday marathon of E Diell on the same network. Armand Peza took over for the second time, the role of the panelist. Peza had also been a panelist on only the first season of Big Brother Albania.
VIP Brother 6, also known as VIP Brother: Образцов дом was the sixth season of the reality show VIP Brother in Bulgaria and the thirteenth season of the Big Brother format overall. The promo for the new season began airing on Nova Television on July 25, 2014. The show commenced on September 15, 2014. Niki Kanchev and Aleksandra Sarchadjieva returned as main presenters.
Big Brother Albania 9, also known as Big Brother - Love Edition, was the ninth season of the Albanian television series of the worldwide franchise of Big Brother. It started on March 18, 2017 and ended on June 24, 2017 on Top Channel. The show ran for 99 days. The winner received 15,000,000 lekë (€100,000) and for the first time in the Big Brother Albania history the winner would be a couple. The winner couple was Danjel Dedndreaj & Fotini Derxho. The main host is again Arbana Osmani who returned for the eighth time, after taking the previous season off due to pregnancy.
Grande Fratello 16 is the sixteenth season of the Italian version of the reality show franchise Big Brother. The season premiered on 8 April 2019 on Canale 5 and concluded on 10 June 2019 for a total of 64 days.
Big Brother Greece 6 was the sixth season of the Greek reality television series Big Brother. The show returned after a nine-year hiatus and began airing on 29 August 2020 on Skai TV and ended after 113 days on 18 December 2020, nineteen years after the first season aired. Big Brother VIP – Fans' Club is a spinoff of the Albanian reality series Big Brother VIP, and is the Celebrity version of Big Brother – Fans' Club. The show premiered on 17 October 2021 on Top Channel. Big Brother VIP – Fans' Club was announced in September 2021 and has received its own title card and promotional videos. Throughout its first season a total of 19 episodes aired and concluded on 15 February 2022. The series was renewed for a second season and began airing on 8 January 2023.
