Top Channel is a national commercial television network based in Tirana, Albania. Dancing with the Stars is an Albanian dance competition television series that premiered on 18 February 2010 on Vizion Plus and Tring Digital. It is the Albanian version of the British reality TV competition Strictly Come Dancing and is part of the Dancing with the Stars franchise. The show pairs celebrities with professional dancers. Each couple performs predetermined dances and competes against the others for judges' points and audience votes. The couple receiving the lowest combined total of judges' points and audience votes is eliminated each week until only the champion dance pair remains.

The winner received 15,000,000 lekë (€100,000) and for the first time in the Big Brother Albania history the winner would be a couple. The winner couple was Danjel Dedndreaj & Fotini Derxho. The main host is again Arbana Osmani who returned for the eighth time, after taking the previous season off due to pregnancy.

The show follows a number of celebrity contestants, known as housemates, who are isolated from the outside world for an extended period of time in a custom built house. Each week, one of the housemates is evicted by a public vote, with the last housemate named the winner. Like Big Brother VIP Albania, it includes ethnic Albanians from the Balkans and the Diaspora.
Big Brother VIP – Fans' Club is a spinoff of the Albanian reality series Big Brother VIP, and is the Celebrity version of Big Brother – Fans' Club. The show premiered on 17 October 2021 on Top Channel. Big Brother VIP – Fans' Club was announced in September 2021 and has received its own title card and promotional videos. Throughout its first season a total of 19 episodes aired and concluded on 15 February 2022. The series was renewed for a second season and began airing on 8 January 2023.

The season began airing on 13 January 2024 on Top Channel, and ended after 134 days on 25 May 2024. The whole season, live from the house, can be viewed in two live pay-per-view channels, with the name Big Brother VIP 1 and Big Brother VIP 2, which are available on Albanian television platform DigitAlb. Arbër Hajdari returned as opinionist in the live evictions shows and was joined by Ori Nebijaj, replacing Zhaklin Lekatari. In the third live show, season 1 housemate Einxhel Shkira replaced Arbër Hajdari who was temporarily away.
Big Brother VIP Kosova 2, was the second season of Big Brother VIP Kosova, hosted by Alaudin Hamiti and Jonida Vokshi. The season began airing on 20 October 2023 on Klan Kosova, and ended after 106 days on 3 February 2024. The viewers can watch for the whole season live from the house in two live pay-per-view channels, with the name Big Brother VIP Kosova 1 and Big Brother VIP Kosova 2, which are available on the Kosovan TV platform Artmotion, as well as on NimiTV and TVALB for the Kosovo-Albanian diaspora in other countries of Europe, United States and Canada. For the first time, the show was also broadcast in Albania on the TV platform Tring.
