It was aired on three television channels in three countries: Pink in Serbia, Pink BH in Bosnia-Herzegovina, and Pink M in Montenegro.

Celebrities from Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro competed for €50,000. The hosts of the show were Milan Kalinić and Marijana Mićić.

Veliki Brat 2011 was the fourth season of the Serbian production of the Big Brother reality television series Veliki Brat. This season was notable for being the first to feature houseguests from Croatia, and in doing so it holds the record for largest number of unique nations represented with five. Along with Serbia and Croatia, the other three nations represented were Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and North Macedonia. The program is known as Big Brother in Croatia due to a former Croatian Big Brother series that aired for five seasons which was not affiliated with Veliki Brat.

Big Brother Slovenija 2015 is the third main season of the Slovenian version of Big Brother, which is broadcast on Kanal A. Gran Hermano 2016 is the ninth season of the Argentinian version of the reality show Gran Hermano. This season was confirmed as part of a multi-season deal subscribed between América TV and Endemol Argentina when the network took over the rights.
