Bill Bradshaw is a former American college athletics administrator. He served as athletic director at La Salle University from 1978 to 1986, DePaul University from 1986 to 2002, [1] Temple University from 2002 to 2013, [2] [3] [4] [5] and again at La Salle University from 2016 to 2019. Bradshaw attended college at La Salle University, where he played on the school's baseball team. Bradshaw was named interim athletic director at La Salle on March 9, 2016, [6] before being named permanent athletic director on March 28, 2017. [7] [8] [9] Bradshaw retired as athletic director at La Salle on June 30, 2019. [10]

The University Athletic Association of the Philippines (UAAP), established in 1938, is an athletic association of eight Metro Manila universities in the Philippines. Fran Dunphy American basketball coach

Francis Joseph Dunphy is a former American college basketball coach. He is the former men's basketball coach at Temple University and the University of Pennsylvania. He succeeded John Chaney in 2006 and was succeeded by Aaron McKie in 2019. In June 2020, Dunphy was name interim athletic director of Temple.

Dave MacWilliams is a retired American soccer forward and head coach who played professionally in the North American Soccer League and Major Indoor Soccer League. He is also the former head coach of the Temple University men's soccer team.

John Giannini

John Manfredo Giannini is an American college basketball coach. He served as the head men's basketball coach at Rowan University from 1989 to 1996, the University of Maine from 1996 to 2004, and La Salle University from 2004 to 2018. Giannini led Rowan to an NCAA Division III Men's Basketball Tournament championship in 1996.

Temple Owls mens basketball

The Temple Owls men's basketball team represents Temple University in the sport of basketball. The Owls compete in National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Division I as a member of the American Athletic Conference. They play their home games in the Liacouras Center on the university's main campus in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and are currently led by head coach Aaron Mckie. Temple is the fifth-most winningest NCAA Division I men's college basketball program of all time, with 1903 wins at the end of the 2017–18 season.

City 6

The City 6 is an informal association of college athletic programs in the Philadelphia area. It is an intra-city intramural competition, but it is also used as a colloquial term to describe all the Division-I schools in the Philadelphia area.

The Robert V. Geasey Trophy is awarded to the most outstanding basketball player in the Philadelphia Big 5, an informal association of college athletic programs in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States. It is not an MVP award and does not represent the entire regular season's most valuable player; the award goes simply to the best basketball player for Big 5 games played that season. It has been given since 1956 and is granted by the Herb Good Basketball Club. The 1969 Grantland Rice Bowl was an NCAA College Division game following the 1969 season, between the East Tennessee State Buccaneers and the Louisiana Tech Bulldogs. This was the first time that the Grantland Rice Bowl was played in Baton Rouge, Louisiana – prior games had been played in Murfreesboro, Tennessee.

John Shafer is a former American college athletics administrator. He served as athletic director at the University of Mississippi from 1998 to 2002, at Eastern Kentucky University from 2003 to 2004, and at Southeast Missouri State University from 2008 to 2011. Shafer attended college at Auburn University, where he played on the school's baseball team. Shafer announced his retirement from collegiate athletic administration on June 16, 2011.
