William Peck (born April 1, 1979) is a guitarist from Orlando, Florida. Peck is best known for being a close friend with musician Mark Tremonti and for being featured in Guitar One Magazine several times. [1]

Bill Peck released his first instructional DVD, 'Six-String Assault' in 2011, which featured world-renowned shred guitarist Michael Angelo Batio, and Grammy award-winning songwriter/guitarist Mark Tremonti. [2]

Bill Peck performed on the Michael Angelo Batio Hands Without Shadows clinic tour in Orlando, Tampa, Clearwater, Sarasota and several times at the Dean Owners of America annual party. [4]

His signature 8 finger legato harmony technique was first published in Guitar One's September 2006 issue. [5]

Peck has performed with Vinnie Moore as well as performing with Trivium. He also appeared as a guest on Mark Tremonti's guitar instructional DVD The Sound and the Story. He is a noted enthusiast of affliction shirts and bmx bikes which he believes enhance the "shred".

Nitro was an American heavy metal band from Hollywood, California. Formed in 1988, the group originally featured vocalist Jim Gillette, guitarist Michael Angelo Batio, bassist T. J. Racer and drummer Bobby Rock. Nitro released its debut album O.F.R. in 1989, which reached number 140 on the US Billboard 200. Rock was replaced by K. C. Comet for the album's tour and Racer would leave the band thereafter. Nitro II: H.W.D.W.S., released in 1992, featured Ralph Carter on bass and Johnny Thunder on drums. Shred Force 1 was produced by Batio and features a wide range of guest musicians. The album registered on several Billboard charts.
