The Communist Party of Nepal (Unified Marxist–Leninist) (Nepali: नेपाल कम्युनिष्ट पार्टी (एकीकृत मार्क्सवादी-लेनिनवादी), romanized: nēpāl kamyuniṣṭ pārṭī (ēkīkṛt mārksavādī-lēninavādī); abbr. CPN (UML)) is a communist political party in Nepal. The party emerged as one of the major parties in Nepal after the end of the Panchayat era.

There are three types of elections in Nepal: elections to the federal parliament, elections to the provincial assemblies and elections to the local government. He was the first elected Free Students Union chairman of Mahendra Ratna Campus in Ilam and also elected as general secretary of Nepal Bar Association in 2023. He died on Tuesday September 12th, 2023 because of heart attack.
Ghimire is one of the surnames of the Brahmin varna belonging to Kashyap Gotra in the Hindu Varna System. The earliest known ancestor, the royal priest Gudpal Vyas, lived in Ghamir, Dhurkot, who moved from Ujjain, which was ruled by King Vikramaditya, ancient city situated on the eastern bank of the Kshipra River in the Malwa region of central India, which is today part of the state of Madhya Pradesh, and it is the administrative centre of Ujjain District and Ujjain Division. Research Scholar, Parashu Ram Ghimire argues that the Brahmins who migrated from Ghamir to Musikot were called Ghamire/Ghimire, later in Musikot. In this logic claims Ghimire first started in Musikot.

The Rastriya Panchayat was the legislature of the Kingdom of Nepal from during the panchayat era from 1962 to 1990. Following the 1960 coup by King Mahendra, the enactment of the Constitution of 1962, made the Rastriya Panchayat the supreme legislative body in the country, replacing the Parliament of Nepal.

2018 National Assembly elections were held in Nepal on 7 February 2018 across all seven provinces to form the first National Assembly since the adoption of the new constitution in 2015. According to Article 86 of the Constitution of Nepal 2015, the members of the National Assembly are elected every six years through an electoral college. In addition to this, one-third of the members are retired every two years for six years by drawing a lottery.
The First Federal Parliament of Nepal, consisting of the House of Representatives and the National Assembly, was elected via the 2017 legislative, provincial and local elections.
Tilak Ram Sharma is a Nepali politician who has served as a member of the Lumbini Provincial Assembly since 2017. A member of the Communist Party of Nepal, he represents the Bardiya 1(B) constituency. Since 2021, Sharma has also been the provincial Minister of Internal Affairs and Communications.
The Second Federal Parliament of Nepal, was elected by the 2022 general elections on 20 November 2022. The elections elected 275 Members of Parliament (MPs), 165 for each constituency and 110 through the party list, to the House of Representatives. The parliament convened for the first time on 9 January 2023.
