BioSpectrum is an English language Indian biotech magazine which focuses on topics in the field of pharma, agriculture, bioinformatics including news on corporates involved at the R&D or industrial manufacturing or product/service distribution levels in the biotechnology chain. [1]

The magazine is published in two editions - BioSpectrum India and BioSpectrum Asia. BioSpectrum India was first published in March 2003. [2] It was part of the Cyber Media Limited until September 2013 when it was acquired by MM Activ. [3] Its sister magazines under the Cyber Media banner included PCQuest , Dataquest [3] and MIT's Technology Review India. [4] The headquarters of BioSpectrum is in Bangalore. [5]

Telenor India Indian telecommunication company

Telenor (India) Communications Private Limited, formerly known as Uninor, was an Indian mobile network operator. The company was a wholly owned subsidiary of Norwegian telecommunications company Telenor Group. In February 2017, Telenor Group announced merging the India business with Bharti Airtel in a no-cash deal with liability of Airtel to take over the outstanding spectrum payments of Rs 1,650 crore post necessary regulatory approvals.

The Radia tapes controversy relates to the telephonic conversations between Niira Radia, a political lobbyist in India, the (then) Indian telecom minister A. Raja, and senior journalists, politicians, and corporate houses, taped by the Indian Income Tax Department in 2008–09. The tapes were leaked out to the press, and were eventually published by some media outlets and shown by television channels.
