Birania or Biraniya or Biraniyan is a village in Fatehpur tehsil of Sikar district of Rajasthan, India. The village was founded by and named after a woman called Biran.[ citation needed ]

Location

Birania is located 12 kilometers to the west of Fatehpur. The National Highway-11 runs at a distance of ≈12 km from the village. Adjoining villages are Karanga Bara, Karanga Chhota, Sulkhania, Rosawa, Kishanpura, and Thathawata Piran.
