Bischoff Hervey Entertainment Television LLC (often shortened to Bischoff Hervey Entertainment or BHE TV) is a Los Angeles based [2] production company, founded in 2003[ citation needed ] by Eric Bischoff and Jason Hervey. The company produces and broadcasts various formed of television entertainment, including reality and games shows. [3] Their first show was I Want To Be a Hilton . [4] In addition, the company was involved in producing mobile games. [5]

BHE TV produced a live Girls Gone Wild pay-per-view event from Florida in 2003 with WWE and another pay-per-view about the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally in 2004. They also executive produced the VH1 reality shows I Want To Be a Hilton , Scott Baio Is 45...and Single , Scott Baio Is 46...and Pregnant , and Confessions of a Teen Idol . BHE TV was also credited on CMT shows Billy Ray Cyrus...Home At Last and Outlaw Country. [6] BHE TV also produced a professional wrestling reality show called Hulk Hogan's Celebrity Championship Wrestling in which ten celebrities were trained to wrestle and one celebrity is voted off weekly. In January 2013, Bischoff and Hervey produced the television series Hardcore Pawn: Chicago .

In 2006 BHE and Socko Energy Drinks signed a multi-year promotional deal with World Wrestling Entertainment. [7] [8] The following year, BHE and Socko announced a deal with Wal-Mart to carry a Hulk Hogan branded energy drink. [9]

In 2011, BHE was filming a show called Miami's Finest: Special Operations Section, which caught on film the Miami Police Department's killing of a suspect. [10]

In 2012 BHE TV acquired a 50% ownership stake in games-development company MX Digital founded by Ike McFadden. [11] [12]

In 2012 BHE entered into a consulting agreement with Total Nonstop Action Wrestling (TNA). The agreement continued until 2019, when TNA was accused of breaching the contract. [13]

Hebner played a prominent role in the inaugural The Main Event card in 1988, in which André the Giant controversially defeated Hulk Hogan for the WWF World Heavyweight Championship, as well as the infamous "Montreal Screwjob" during the main event of the 1997 Survivor Series. Hulk Hogan's Celebrity Championship Wrestling was an American reality television program, which ran for eight episodes on CMT in 2008. The first episode aired on October 18. In Australia, it premiered in July 2009 on the FOX8 channel. It was also shown in the UK on Bravo and Viva. It was co-produced by Hulk Hogan and Bischoff-Hervey Entertainment. It featured celebrities being trained to become professional wrestlers. The finale aired on December 6, when Dennis Rodman was declared the winner.

TNA Reaction is an American professional wrestling-focused documentary-style television program by Total Nonstop Action Wrestling (TNA) that aired in the United States and Canada on Spike. The show aired two pilot episodes and a twenty-episode limited run through late 2010, and aired its final episode on December 30, 2010.

Immortal was a heel professional wrestling alliance in Total Nonstop Action Wrestling (TNA). It originally consisted of leaders Eric Bischoff and Hulk Hogan, as well as Abyss, Jeff Hardy and Jeff Jarrett, and later also came to include Bully Ray, Chris Harris, Gunner, Kurt Angle, Matt Hardy, Mr. Anderson, Murphy, Ric Flair, Rob Terry, Scott Steiner, and Tommy Dreamer as well as the members of the formerly separate stable Fortune. Referee Jackson James and valet Karen Jarrett were also affiliated with the group. Jeff Hardy was a two-time TNA World Heavyweight Champion, while Anderson and Angle were one-time TNA World Heavyweight Champions as members of the stable, and Jarrett was also a one-time holder of the AAA Mega Championship in the Mexican promotion AAA. The group's name was derived from Hogan's long-standing nickname "The Immortal".

Ike McFadden is an American video game producer and former television and film producer and public relations agent. He has produced video games featuring Hulk Hogan, David Hasselhoff, The Blues Brothers, and James Dean. Together with partners Eric Bischoff and Jason Hervey, he founded the game production company MX Digital.

In March 2010, professional wrestling promotion Total Nonstop Action Wrestling (TNA) moved their weekly television program, Impact!, from airing on Thursdays to airing Monday nights. In doing so, TNA placed Impact! in direct competition with World Wrestling Entertainment's (WWE) flagship program Monday Night Raw. It drew comparisons to the Monday Night Wars, in which defunct wrestling promotion World Championship Wrestling (WCW) program Nitro went head-to-head with Raw in a battle for higher Nielsen ratings each week from 1995 to 2001; this led Impact!'s move to sometimes be called "The New Monday Night Wars". The move was spurred by the signing of Hulk Hogan and Eric Bischoff, two central figures of the original Monday Night War. Unlike the ratings battle with WCW, TNA never gained traction against WWE, despite initially setting record high ratings for Impact!. Impact! returned to its Thursday night timeslot after declining ratings in May, less than two months after the move.
