Bissell Pro Cycling Team, or simply Bissell, ( UCI team code:BPC) [1] was an elite men's cycling team registered in the United States as a UCI Continental. The team competed on the USA Cycling National Racing Calendar and the UCI America Tour.
The team folded at the end of the 2013 season, after Bissell withdrew sponsorship for the team, and sponsored Axel Merckx's Bissell Development Team instead. [2]

Scott Moninger is an American professional road racing cyclist. He was born October 20, 1966 in Atlanta, Georgia, grew up in Wichita, Kansas, and moved to Boulder, Colorado, in the mid 1980s to further his career in cycling. Moninger turned professional in 1991 with the Coors Light Team directed by Len Pettyjohn. Since then, he has won nearly every road race in North America with over 275 career victories, the most by any American rider at the time of retirement.
Navigators Insurance Cycling Team was an elite road bicycle racing cycling team in the United States. Navigators focuses on USA Cycling and UCI America Tour events. The team has competed in every Tour de Georgia. The team was founded in 1992 by Raymond Cipollini and James Eichvalds. The team turned Pro in 1994 and hired Edward Beamon to be its director.
Chris Wherry is a former professional road racing cyclist from Boulder, Colorado. In 2006, he wore the jersey of the United States National Road Race Champion, having won the event in 2005.

Hayden Roulston is a former New Zealand professional racing cyclist. He won the silver medal in the men's 4000 m individual pursuit and a bronze medal in the men's 4000 m team pursuit at the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing.

Benjamin Jacques-Maynes is an American former road bicycle racing cyclist, who competed professionally between 2002 and 2015 for the Sierra Nevada–Cannondale, Bissell and Jamis–Hagens Berman teams. His identical twin brother, Andy Jacques-Maynes, also competed professionally and was also part of the Bissell team in 2011.
Jesse Sergent is a retired New Zealand racing cyclist who rode professionally between 2011 and 2016 for Team RadioShack, Trek Factory Racing and AG2R La Mondiale.
UnitedHealthcare Pro Cycling Team was a professional road bicycle racing team, run by Momentum Sports Group and based in the United States. The team is sponsored principally by UnitedHealth Group. It began at the end of 2009 as a reorganization of the OUCH Pro Cycling Team, with headlining cyclist Floyd Landis leaving the team. The team folded at the end of the 2018 season, with the main sponsor transferring to Rally Cycling.

Jeff Louder is an American former professional road racing cyclist, who rode professionally between 2000 and 2014 for the Landbouwkrediet–Colnago, Navigators Insurance, BMC Racing Team and UnitedHealthcare teams. Originally from Salt Lake City, Utah, Louder won the 2008 Tour of Utah, and took part in the 2010 Giro d'Italia. At the 2014 Tour of Utah Louder announced that he would be retiring from the sport at the end of the season.
OUCH Pro Cycling Team Presented by Maxxis was run by Momentum Sports Group and based in the United States. The team was sponsored principally by OUCH Sports Medical Center, and Maxxis. Floyd Landis, with his doping suspension ended, joined the team this year. OUCH is the medical office which performed his hip surgery.
Glen Alan Chadwick is a cyclist with both New Zealand and Australian citizenship. Glen Chadwick began his career in 2001 at the Belgian cycling team Landbouwkrediet-Colnago. In his first year, he came second in the general classification of the Tour de Liège. After two years he moved to Taiwan to ride for the Giant Asia Racing Team. Here he would win in his first year the Tour of Korea and the Tour of Beijing. In 2005 he rode for the Australian UCI Continental team Cyclingnews.com. After two years at the American UCI Professional Continental team Navigators Insurance he moved to Team Type 1 in 2008. In 2009 he joined Rock Racing.
Carter Jones is an American former professional road racing cyclist, who rode professionally between 2010 and 2016 for the Jelly Belly–Kenda, Trek–Livestrong, Bissell, Optum–Kelly Benefit Strategies, and Team Giant–Alpecin teams.
Rally Cycling is a UCI ProTeam cycling team, based in the United States. The team has been directed by Jonas Carney since its inception. Eric Galen Young is an American professional road racing cyclist, who currently rides for UCI Continental team Elevate–Webiplex Pro Cycling. Young won the United States National Criterium Championships in both 2011, while riding with Bissell, and in 2013, while riding with Optum–Kelly Benefit Strategies. Before turning professional, Young attended Indiana University Bloomington and won the Little 500 with the "Cutters" team three years.

The team is sponsored principally by UnitedHealth Group. The team's most notable signing is the 2013 Giro Rosa overall winner Mara Abbott. The team made its debut at the inaugural Tour Femenino de San Luis.
Serghei Țvetcov is a Moldovan-born Romanian racing cyclist, who currently rides for UCI Continental team Wildlife Generation Pro Cycling. He rode at the 2014 UCI Road World Championships, where he competed in both the road race and the individual time trial.
Hagens Berman Axeon is a UCI Continental cycling team based in the United States. It was founded in 2009, originally as a feeder team for Team RadioShack. After nine years on the US domestic circuit, Bissell Pro Cycling will not continue past this season and will instead sign on as the title sponsor with Axel Merckx's new U23 development team.
