Rodriguez won the United States National Road Race Championships four times, and won four stages at the Tour de Georgia. He competed in the men's individual road race at the 2000 Summer Olympics.
Russell Downing is an English former professional cyclist, who rode competitively between 1999 and 2019 for numerous teams, such as Team Sky and JLT–Condor. He is originally from Marquette, Michigan. He lives and works as a chiropractor in Scottsdale, Arizona. In October 2015 Team Jamis announced that Marcotte would join them for the 2016 season.
