The Latvian Football Federation (LFF) is the governing body of football in Latvia with its headquarters located in the capital Rimi Sports Centre in Riga. Its activities include the organizing of the Latvian football championship, the Latvian First League, the Latvian Second League, as well as lower league championships and the Latvian Football Cup. The federation also manages the Latvia national football team and Latvia women's national football team.
The National Stadium, locally also referred to as Ta' Qali, officially known as Grawnd Nazzjonali, is a stadium located in Ta' Qali, Malta. Attard Football Club is a Maltese football club from the small village of Attard in central Malta. They currently play in the Maltese Challenge League. The club was founded in 1974 and wears a red and black striped kit. The club are nicknamed Seracini.

Björn Kuipers is a former Dutch football referee. He has been a FIFA listed referee from 2006 to 2021 and an UEFA Elite group referee from 2009 to 2021. He was assisted during international matches by Sander van Roekel and Erwin Zeinstra. A supermarket owner by occupation, Kuipers has officiated at two World Cups and three European Championship tournaments. It was announced on 29 July 2021 that Kuipers would be retiring from refereeing, officiating his final match between Ajax and PSV on 7 August in the 2021 Johan Cruyff Shield.
