Blue Prize (foaled August 26, 2013) is a retired Argentinian Thoroughbred racehorse and the winner of the 2019 Breeders' Cup Distaff.
Blue Prize's first race and only start as a two-year-old [lower-alpha 1] was on May 30, 2016, at Hipódromo Argentino de Palermo, where she came in first.
Blue Prize finished second in her first two starts at age three. On October 10, 2016, she won the Grade-1 Argentinian Gran Premio Seleccion. She was named Argentina's champion three-year-old filly. [1] [2]
She was sold to Merriebelle Stable in 2017 [2] and was relocated to the United States where she made her first start on June 11 with a second-place finish at Churchill Downs. She then came in second place three more times in a row. [1]
On October 8, 2017, she came in third place at the Grade-1 Spinster Stakes. She finally captured her first American graded win by winning the Grade-2 Falls City Handicap on November 23 to close out her 2017 season. [3]
She had a strong 2018 season. She won the Top Flight Handicap, the Fleur de Lis Handicap, [4] the Locust Grove Handicap and the Grade-1 Spinster Stakes. She closed the season out with a 4th-place finish at the Grade-1 Breeders' Cup Distaff on November 13.
Blue Prize started her 2019 season with a third-place finish in the La Troienne Stakes at Churchill Downs on May 3. She tried to defend her Fleur de Lis Handicap crown in June, but came in second. She then finished third in the July 13 Delaware Handicap. [1]
Blue Prize's 2019 season picked up though in August with a win at the Summer Colony Stakes at Saratoga. This was the first of a three-race winning streak. Her next win came on October 6 when she successfully defended her Spinster Stakes title at Keeneland. [4] [5] On November 2, she finished out the 2019 season with a win at the Grade-1 Breeders' Cup Distaff, beating Midnight Bisou. [6] [4]
Blue Prize was sold for $5,000,000 and retired in November 2019. [7] She will be bred to Into Mischief.

The Breeders' Cup Distaff is a Weight for Age Thoroughbred horse race for fillies and mares, 3 years old and up. Known as the Breeders' Cup Ladies' Classic between 2008 and 2012, it is held annually at a different racetrack in the United States or Canada as part of the Breeders' Cup World Championships. It is the top ranked race for fillies and mares in North America, and often decides the title for champion three-year-old and / or champion older filly or mare.
The Fleur de Lis Stakes is a Grade III American Thoroughbred horse race for fillies and mares age three and older over a distance of 1+1⁄8 miles on the dirt run annually in mid-June at Churchill Downs in Louisville, Kentucky.
The Zenyatta Stakes is a Grade II American Thoroughbred horse race for fillies and mares, age three and older the distance of one and one-sixteenth miles on the dirt scheduled annually in September at Santa Anita Park in Arcadia, California. The event currently carries a purse of $200,000.

Forever Unbridled is a retired American Thoroughbred racehorse who was named the Champion Older Mare of 2017 after winning the Fleur de Lis Handicap, Personal Ensign Stakes and Breeders' Cup Distaff. She also won two Group I stakes races in 2016 before finishing third in that year's Distaff.

Monomoy Girl is a retired American Thoroughbred racehorse who was the American Champion Three-Year-Old Filly of 2018 and Champion Older Female Horse of 2020. She showed very promising form as a juvenile in 2017 when she won her first three races before being narrowly beaten in the Golden Rod Stakes. In the following spring, she took the Rachel Alexandra Stakes and the Ashland Stakes before winning the Kentucky Oaks, the filly equivalent of the Kentucky Derby. She followed this up with wins in the Acorn Stakes and Coaching Club American Oaks, but was disqualified to second for interference in the Cotillion Stakes. She then rebounded to win the Breeders' Cup Distaff while facing older horses for the first time.
Goodbye Halo was an American Thoroughbred racehorse and broodmare. A daughter of the noted sire Halo, she won 10 graded stakes races over a race career spanning from ages two to four. Following her racing career, she was sent to Japan for broodmare duty and most notably produced the sire King Halo.
Heavenly Prize was a champion American Thoroughbred racehorse. She was a Grade I winner at ages two, three and four, and never finished out of the money. She was named the American Champion Three-Year-Old Filly of 1994 after winning the Alabama, Gazelle and Beldame Stakes, plus finishing second in the Breeders' Cup Distaff. Her four-year-old campaign was equally noteworthy, with wins in the Apple Blossom, Hempstead, Go for Wand and John A. Morris. At age three, she won five stakes races including the Santa Anita Oaks, Mother Goose and Cotillion Stakes. She was also third in both the Kentucky Oaks and Breeders' Cup Distaff. In 2019 at age four, she won seven straight stakes races including the Grade I Apple Blossom, Ogden Phipps, and Personal Ensign.
Ce Ce is an American Champion Thoroughbred racehorse and the winner of the 2020 Apple Blossom Handicap and 2021 Breeders' Cup Filly & Mare Sprint.
Shedaresthedevil is an American thoroughbred racehorse, best known for winning the 2020 Kentucky Oaks, the filly equivalent of the Kentucky Derby. She also won the Honeybee Stakes and Indiana Oaks at age three, the Azeri and La Troienne Stakes at age four, and the Fleur de Lis Stakes at age five.

At age six, she started 2022 with wins in the Royal Delta Stakes and Apple Blossom Handicap before losing her last three starts.
