Boa Howl is the second studio album by Dublin band Halves. It was released July 2013 [1] through the band's own record label 'Hateistheenemy'.

Recording

Recorded over two weeks at Svenska Grammofon Studion in Gothenburg. Guest vocals appear courtesy of Gemma Hayes, a fan of the band for some time. Canadian musician Elaine Kelly-Canning features on harp and added string performances come courtesy of local Swedish players. 'Boa Howl' refers to a summit on a mountain in China dubbed 'White Boa Howl', which the band felt captured the surreal nature of the songs.

Leave It On was the debut EP released by the Dublin-based Irish indie–alternative rock band, Delorentos. The EP was recorded in Pulse Studios over the summer of 2005 with local producer, Marc Carolan. Carolan had previously worked with bands such as Muse, The Cure and JJ72. The record was mixed in Carolan's own Suite Studio, with artwork being designed by Kevin Lynch. The track listing was "Leave It on", "Any Other Way", "Solitude", and "If she never comes around again". It was chosen as Single of the Fortnight by "Hotpress" Magazine in Ireland.

<i>Howl On</i> 2009 studio album by Bap Kennedy

Howl On the fourth solo studio album by Bap Kennedy, was released on August 3, 2009 on Kennedy's new label, Lonely Street Discs. Excluding a cover of "Hey Joe", all songs on the album were written by Kennedy. This is the first album he has written and recorded in his native Northern Ireland. This album features songs that were inspired by Kennedy's childhood memories of growing up with the influence of the popular American music rock icons Elvis Presley and Jimi Hendrix and the country music of Hank Williams. The songs also relate to 1960s American political figures: John F. Kennedy and to events: the 1969 moon landing and with Kennedy's childhood obsession with the American Dream. Although the worldwide release was August 3, 2009, the album was released in Northern Ireland on July 4, 2009 with Kennedy's appearance at the Black Box in Belfast.

<i>Common Courtesy</i> (album) 2013 studio album by A Day to Remember

Common Courtesy is the fifth studio album by American rock band A Day to Remember. Songs for the album were written mid-2011, with recording starting from early-2012 and going into March 2013, with mixing being handled in the same month. In between that time period, an unmixed version of "Violence " was streamed from the band's website in December 2012. The band then embarked on the Right Back at It Again Tour in March 2013, performing the new song "Right Back at It Again" at each show. From mid-August to late-September, the band released webisodes to tie-in with the album. The band performed another song that would appear on the album, "Dead & Buried", at each stop of the following House Party Tour, beginning in September 2013 and ending a month later.

The Teenage Kissers is a Japanese grunge band from Tokyo, Japan, formed in 2012 by well known vocalist Nana Kitade, bassist Hideo Nekota and drummer Mai Koike, and later joined by lead guitarist Tsubasa Nakada on April 6, 2013. The band's debut single "Ghost Bitch" was originally released physically February 20, 2013 and was later re-released in digital format through the Media Factory music label on June 16, 2013. The band's first EP, Perfectly Dirty was released October 16, 2013. Their first full-length album, Virgin Field was released July 9, 2014. A single from the album, "I Love You and Kiss Me" was used as the opening song for the show Rank Kingdom for the months of June and July 2014. Hail The Ghost

Hail The Ghost are a three-piece indie band from Ireland. The band was formed in January 2014 by actor/singer/songwriter Kieran O'Reilly. The band includes two former members of White McKenzie - Eamonn Young and Ian Corr. White McKenzie were a six-piece rock band which had also been formed by Kieran O'Reilly but which broke up in late 2012.
