Robert William Malloy (born November 24, 1964) is a former professional baseball pitcher. He played two seasons in Major League Baseball for the Texas Rangers and Montreal Expos.
Malloy attended Gar-Field High School in Woodbridge, Virginia, and later the University of Virginia. Malloy was drafted in the 19th round of the 1986 MLB Draft (475th overall) following his junior year at UVA. After quick success in the Rangers' minor league system, Malloy was called up to the Majors and started two games in 1987. He also pitched two scoreless innings in relief for the Montreal Expos in 1990.
Antonio Alfonseca is a Dominican former relief pitcher. He last pitched in Major League Baseball for the Philadelphia Phillies in 2007. Alfonseca also played for the Florida Marlins, the Chicago Cubs (2002–2003), the Atlanta Braves (2004), and the Texas Rangers (2006).

In a 17-year Major League Baseball (MLB) playing career spanning from 1968 to 1985, he played primarily with the Mets and Montreal Expos and had brief stints with the Cardinals, Atlanta Braves, Texas Rangers and Oakland Athletics. He also has served as a manager for the Cardinals. Jorgensen is the only major league baseball player to have been born the day Babe Ruth died.

Manager Buck Rodgers was replaced as manager by Tom Runnells. The team ultimately finished 71–90. The highlight of the season was Dennis Martinez pitching a perfect game at Dodger Stadium on July 28, 1991.

The 1980 Montreal Expos season was the 12th season in franchise history. The Expos were tied with the division rival Philadelphia Phillies in the standings entering the final weekend of the 1980 season with a three game series set between the two clubs at Olympic Stadium. On October 4, with the Phillies holding a one-game lead in the standings, and with the score tied at four heading to the tenth, Mike Schmidt hit a blast deep into the seats in left field to give the Phillies a 6–4 lead and ultimate win to clinch the National League East. This was the Expos closest shot at making the postseason in their brief 12 year history.
