Bob Skemp is a Canadian football player. Drafted in the third round, 27th overall, by the BC Lions, he played seven years in the CFL.^[2] He has been nominated as an honorable mention to the greatest CFL draft picks of all time ^[3]

Growing up in Richmond, British Columbia Skemp, who still holds records in the CJFL,^[4] played his junior football with the Richmond Raiders, where his father Archie Skemp was head coach from 1984 - 1989.^[5] He later played with the UBC Thunderbirds.

During his first year in the CFL in 1986 Skemp was claimed as an unprotected player by the Montreal Alouettes as a non protected player. In 1987 during the equalization draft Bob was drafted by the Toronto Argonauts where he would continue to play for them until the 1992 season.^[6]

During the 1991 CFL year Skemp was the starting right guard on the 1991 Grey Cup Toronto Argonauts football team.^[7]

Clemons has stated that he feels CFL football is the best football in the world. Clemons is 5 ft 6 in (167 cm) tall and weighs 170 pounds (77 kg).

Damon Allen is a former professional quarterback who played in the Canadian Football League. He is currently fourth in all-time professional football passing yards and second in all-time CFL passing yards after he was surpassed for first place by the Montréal Alouettes' Anthony Calvillo on October 10, 2011. He is pro-football's combined passing & rushing leader with a total of 84,301 yards. Allen retired as professional football's all-time leading passer with 72,381 passing yards after he surpassed Warren Moon's total of 70,553 yards on September 4, 2006 in the annual Labour Day Classic. He also retired in third place in all-time CFL rushing yards with 11,920 yards, behind Mike Pringle and George Reed. The 2007 season marked Allen's twenty-third season in the CFL and he officially announced his retirement on May 28, 2008 at age 44. Allen is the younger brother of Pro Football Hall of Famer Marcus Allen.

Michael O'Shea is the head coach of the Winnipeg Blue Bombers of the Canadian Football League (CFL). He is a former Canadian football linebacker and former special teams coordinator of the Toronto Argonauts of the CFL from 2010 to 2013, winning the Grey Cup in 2012. O'Shea played 16 seasons in the CFL for the Hamilton Tiger-Cats and Toronto Argonauts from 1993 to 2008. He retired second all-time in career tackles with 1,154 and is one of only three players to record over 1,000 tackles. He won the CFL's Most Outstanding Canadian Award in 1999 after recording 84 tackles, 13 special teams tackles and three interceptions that year. O'Shea is a three-time Grey Cup champion as a player, having won all three with the Argonauts in 1996, 1997, and 2004. He is also a one time Grey Cup winning head coach, having won with the Winnipeg Blue Bombers in 2019, O'Shea also won the Grey Cup previously as a special teams coach with the Toronto Argonauts in the 100th Grey Cup.

Raghib Ramadian "Rocket" Ismail is an American retired player of American and Canadian football. A wide receiver and kick returner, he came to prominence playing college football for the Notre Dame Fighting Irish before moving on to both the Canadian Football League (CFL) from 1991–92 and the National Football League (NFL) from 1993–2001.

Joe Faragalli was a gridiron football player and coach who had most of his success in the Canadian Football League. Jean Paul "J. P." Izquierdo is a former Canadian football slotback who played seven seasons in the Canadian Football League (CFL) with the Toronto Argonauts, Edmonton Eskimos and Calgary Stampeders. He was drafted by the Toronto Argonauts in the second round of the 1991 CFL Draft. He played CIS football at the University of Calgary and attended Saint Francis High School in Calgary, Alberta. Steve Rodehutskors was a Canadian football offensive lineman who played seven seasons in the Canadian Football League (CFL) with the Winnipeg Blue Bombers, BC Lions and Toronto Argonauts. Paul Clatney is a former Canadian football linebacker/defensive back who played six seasons in the Canadian Football League (CFL) with the Winnipeg Blue Bombers, Calgary Stampeders, Ottawa Rough Riders and Toronto Argonauts. He was drafted by the Hamilton Tiger-Cats in the eighth round of the 1986 CFL Draft and spent parts of 2 seasons (1986–87) on their practise roster. He played CIS football at McMaster University.

Randy Ambrosie is the 14th and current commissioner of the Canadian Football League (CFL). Ambrosie played Canadian football professionally as an offensive guard for the CFL's Calgary Stampeders, Toronto Argonauts, and Edmonton Eskimos. He was selected with the second overall pick in the 1985 CFL Draft by the Stampeders. Over the course of a nine-season career, he played in 142 professional games and became a Grey Cup champion. Ambrosie played college football at the University of Manitoba.

Declan Cross is a professional Canadian football fullback for the Toronto Argonauts of the Canadian Football League (CFL). He played Canadian Interuniversity Sport (CIS) football with the McMaster Marauders from 2012 to 2015. He is a Grey Cup champion with the Argonauts and a Yates Cup champion with the Marauders.
