Clemente Juan Rodríguez is an Argentine professional footballer. He is a right-footed player and can play on either flank, especially as a left back.

Except Panama, all other participating countries are Andean states.

The South American country's delegation was the fifteenth Summer Olympic team and seventeenth overall Olympic team overall sent by the country. Bolivia's National Olympic Committee sent seven athletes–three women and four men–across five sports and seven distinct events. A substantial number of the athletes originated in southern Bolivian cities, most notably Santa Cruz de la Sierra. All athletes except for cyclist Horacio Gallardo finished their events, although no medals were won by the country at these Games. Trap shooter César Menacho was the Bolivian flag bearer at the ceremonies.

The selection is limited to players under the age of 23, except three overage players. The team is controlled by the Brazilian Football Confederation (CBF). Bolivia has competed at every edition of the Pan American Games since the fifth edition of the multi-sport event in 1967. The first Bolivian medal was a silver in the 1991 taekwondo tournament. Since then the country has won one gold medal, three silver medals, and eight bronze medals between 2003 and 2019. Aside from two silver medals in taekwondo and tennis, and a bronze in cycling, all the other medals came from racquetball. As of the last Pan American Games in 2019, Bolivia is twenty-eighth on the all time medals list. Bolivia competed in the first ever Pan American Winter Games in 1990, however it failed to medal.
The 16th FINA World Championships, also Aquatics 2015, were held in Kazan, Russia from 24 July to 9 August 2015. Russia hosted this event for the first time. The number of participating national teams (190), athletes (2,400) and the number of medals (75) were the most ever amongst these championships. This was the first time the World Aquatics Championships partially overlaps with the FINA World Masters Championships that have a number of athletes, countries (110) and medals (635) which are the most ever also.

Due to naming rights the arena will be known as the latter for the duration of the games. Due to Pan American Games being scheduled to be held roughly around the same time as the 2015 World Aquatics Championships scheduled for Kazan, Russia, the swimming events were condensed into a five-day schedule.
Wrestling competitions at the 2015 Pan American Games in Toronto were held from July 15 to 18 at the Hershey Centre in Mississauga. Due to naming rights the arena will be known as the latter for the duration of the games. The competition is split into two disciplines, Freestyle and Greco-Roman which were further divided into different weight categories. Men competed in both disciplines whereas women only took part in the freestyle events, with 18 gold medals awarded. Wrestling has been contested at every Pan American Games.

The Pan American Games triathlon contained three components; a 1.5 km (0.93 mi) swim, 40 km (25 mi) cycle, and a 10 km (6.2 mi) run. There was a total of two medal events in the sport.
Tennis competitions at the 2015 Pan American Games in Toronto were held from July 10 to 16 at the Rexall Centre, which was known as the Canadian Tennis Centre for the duration of the games due to naming rights. A total of five events were contested. Argentina topped the medal table, with gold medals in the men's singles and mixed doubles, while hosts Canada also achieved gold in the women's doubles event.
