Brad Smith (born 27 September 1975) is an Australian former professional rugby league footballer who played in the 1990s.
Smith played his junior rugby league at Hurstville United. [2]
Smith started his career at the St. George Dragons, his local club, in the 1995 ARL season. His debut was from the bench, playing in a 25–12 win against the Western Suburbs Magpies in round 16. [3] He played there for four years, predominantly off the bench. His first try was against the Gold Coast Chargers in a 18–12 win in round 4 of the 1997 ARL season. [4] He scored again later that season against the North Sydney Bears in a 54–14 loss three weeks later. [5]
In 1999, he moved to the Balmain Tigers. He scored on his club debut against the Melbourne Storm in a 16–6 win in round 2 of the 1999 NRL season. [6]
Nathan Frederick Cayless is an Australian former professional rugby league footballer who played in the 1990s, 2000s and 2010s, and has coached in the 2010s. He played at representative level for New Zealand (captain), and at club level in the National Rugby League (NRL) for the Parramatta Eels, for whom he was a long-time captain, as a prop. He captained the New Zealand national team to a Rugby League World Cup victory over Australia in the 2008 Rugby League World Cup, and coached at club level in the Intrust Super Premiership for the Wentworthville Magpies from 2016 to 2018.

Toovey played halfback for the Manly-Warringah Sea Eagles, then played as a hooker later in his career at the Northern Eagles. He played 286 first-grade matches in all, and captained Manly to the 1996 ARL premiership and the 1995 and 1997 grand finals. He played in 13 international matches for Australia between 1991 and 1998. Toovey is the former head coach of Manly-Warringah.
