A bachelor's degree or baccalaureate is an undergraduate academic degree awarded by colleges and universities upon completion of a course of study lasting three to six years. The two most common bachelor's degrees are the Bachelor of Arts (BA) and the Bachelor of Science. In some institutions and educational systems, certain bachelor's degrees can only be taken as graduate or postgraduate educations after a first degree has been completed, although more commonly the successful completion of a bachelor's degree is a prerequisite for further courses such as a master's or a doctorate.
Undergraduate education is education conducted after secondary education and before postgraduate education. It typically includes all postsecondary programs up to the level of a bachelor's degree. For example, in the United States, an entry-level university student is known as an undergraduate, while students of higher degrees are known as graduate students. Upon completion of a number of required and elective courses as part of an undergraduate program, the student would earn the corresponding degree. In some other educational systems, undergraduate education is postsecondary education up to and including the level of a master's degree; this is the case for some science courses in Britain and some medicine courses in Europe.

The college additionally offers recreational classes for non-professionals. The college operates student-run restaurants on its four U.S. campuses.

Asheville–Buncombe Technical Community College is a public community college in Asheville, North Carolina. Established in 1959, the college is one of the oldest in the North Carolina Community College System and serves Buncombe and Madison counties across five different campuses, although students from anywhere may enroll. As of the 2014–15 school year, the curriculum enrollment was 10,070 and continuing education enrollment was 14,053 students. As of 2019–20, the college is the seventh largest in the North Carolina system and the largest in Western North Carolina. A-B Tech offers more than 120 degrees, diplomas, and certificates.

It provides undergraduate- and graduate-level education in an accelerated format. ECPI University has six colleges with campuses in Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida, and online. The university is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges.
The Orlando Culinary Academy (OCA) was a culinary and hospitality training school and an affiliate of Le Cordon Bleu Schools North America. The Academy was established in January 2002 and was located in Orlando, Florida. OCA is a branch campus of the International Academy of Design and Technology's Tampa division. In July 2007, the Orlando Culinary Academy was named College of the Year by the Florida Association of Postsecondary Schools and Colleges Conference. All US Le Cordon Bleu College locations closed in 2017.
Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Boston was established in 2007 in Massachusetts. The college is owned by Career Education Corporation under a licensing agreement with Le Cordon Bleu in Paris. All US Le Cordon Bleu College locations are scheduled to close in 2017.

The Faculty of Veterinary Science is a faculty of the University of Pretoria. Founded in 1920, it is the second oldest veterinary faculty in Africa. With the exception of the faculties in Khartoum, and Cairo, all the other African faculties were established after 1960. It is named after Auguste Escoffier, a French chef who is regarded as the father of modern haute cuisine, and owned by Triumph Higher Education group.
Fox College is a Private for-profit college with its main campus in Tinley Park, Illinois. It originally was founded in 1932, and most students come from the Chicago area. Fox College awards associate degrees.
Hickey College was a for-profit career college in St. Louis, Missouri. It was founded in 1933 by Dr. Margaret Hickey and had two campuses on North Lindbergh Boulevard near Lambert-St. Louis International Airport. It had nearby housing for students but over half of students come from the St. Louis area. The college closed in 2018.

It has nearby housing for students but over half of students come from the St. Louis area. Their website states that it focuses on job placement for graduates and that financial aid is available for those who qualify.
The BCIT School of Business + Media is a business school within the British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT). In 1965, the School of Business was founded and has campuses located in Burnaby and downtown Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. Programs are accredited by the Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs.
