Bradley Jackson Kendell (born 8 February 1981 in Clearwater, Florida) is a U.S. Paralympic sailor. He won a silver medal in the 2016 Summer Paralympics in the three-person keelboat (Sonar). [2]
In 2003, he lost both his legs in an airplane accident which killed his father and a family friend, the only other people aboard. His father was originally from New Zealand and also a sailor. [3]
He received a hero's welcome at Tampa International Airport after returning from Rio as a Paralympic Games silver medalist. [4]
Devendra Jhajharia is an Indian Paralympic javelin thrower competing in F46 events. He is the first Indian Paralympics player to win two gold medals at the Paralympics. He won his first gold in the javelin throw at the 2004 Summer Paralympics in Athens, becoming the second gold medalist at the Paralympics for his country. At the 2016 Summer Paralympics in Rio de Janeiro, he won a second gold medal in the same event, bettering his previous record. Devendra is currently being supported by the Olympic Gold Quest. He becomes India's most decorated Paralympic player by winning his third medal, a silver at the 2020 Summer Paralympics at Tokyo.
Paige Railey is an American sailor who races in the Laser Radial division. She has been a member of U.S. Sailing Team since 2005 and is also a member of the Harken and McLube Speedteam. She was awarded in 2006 the ISAF World Sailor of the Year Award and the U.S. Sailing's Rolex Yachtswoman of the Year.

In December 2023, Ness was appointed the Head Coach of the Rollers - Australia men's national wheelchair basketball team.

Caleb Paine is an American sailor. He represented his country at the 2016 Summer Olympics. Paine started sailing at age 6 in the dingy favored by Southern California yacht clubs called a Sabot at Mission Bay Yacht Club. He later transferred to Southwestern Yacht Club and started sailing in the Laser class of sailboat in national competition. He attended Point Loma High School in San Diego and sailed on their sailing team. Forgoing college, Paine began his Olympic campaign in earnest in the Finn class as his size demanded. He began traveling the world to compete, raising money any way he could to stay in competition. He worked closely with silver medalist and fellow American Zach Railey as his training partner leading up to the 2012 Olympics in London where Railey competed. He continued to train and develop his equipment and skills leading up to the 2016 Games in Rio. A very hard fought battle with former training partner Railey resulted in Paine's earning the right to sail in Rio. The racing in Rio was equally challenging both off the water and on but Paine secured the Bronze Medal in the final medal race by posting a dominant win. For winning the Bronze Medal in the Rio Olympics Paine also was awarded the title of US Sailor of the Year.
Mariyappan Thangavelu is an Indian Paralympic high jumper. He represented India in the 2016 Summer Paralympics games held in Rio de Janeiro in the men's high jump T-42 category and the 2020 Summer Paralympic games held in Tokyo in the men's high jump T-63 category, winning the gold medal and silver medal respectively in the finals. He is India's first Paralympian gold medalist since 2004.
Alphonsus "Rick" Doerr is a U.S. Paralympic sailor. He won a silver medal at the 2016 Summer Paralympics in the three-person keelboat Sonar. Rick was formerly a lacrosse player until his career was cut short by a car accident.
