Daggubati Ramanaidu was an Indian film producer known for his work in Telugu cinema. He founded Suresh Productions in 1964 which became of one of the largest film production companies in India. He was one of the most influential movie moguls in Indian cinema. He was placed in the Guinness Book of World Records for the most films produced by an individual, with more than 150 films in all official Indian languages. He also served as a Member of Parliament for the Bapatla constituency in Andhra Pradesh in the 13th Lok Sabha from 1999 to 2004.
Dasari Narayana Rao was an Indian film director, screenwriter, actor, producer, lyricist, and politician, primarily known for his work in Telugu cinema. Over his four decade career, he directed more than 150 feature films, earning a Limca World Record for directing the most films in the world. He was known by the epithet "Darsaka Ratna" and was recognized for addressing social issues such as gender discrimination, casteism, corruption and injustice through his films. Narayana Rao received numerous accolades, including two National Film Awards, 16 Nandi Awards including the Raghupathi Venkaiah Award, and five Filmfare Awards South including the Lifetime Achievement.
Kaliyuga Pandavulu is a 1986 Indian Telugu-language masala film produced by D. Ramanaidu under Suresh Productions, and directed by K. Raghavendra Rao. It stars Ramanaidu's son Venkatesh and Khushbu, with music composed by Chakravarthy. The film was a box office hit, and was remade in Kannada in 1989 as Poli Huduga. Venkatesh won the Nandi Special Jury Award for his Debut acting.

The film released on 14 January 1987 alongside Sobhan Babu's Punnami Chandrudu, Balakrishna's Bhargava Ramudu and Krishna's Thandri Kodukula Challenge was recorded as a Blockbuster at the box office outperforming the other films. The film was remade in Tamil as Anand.

Prema (transl. Love) is a 1989 Indian Telugu-language musical romance film, produced by D. Ramanaidu under the Rajeswari Films banner and directed by Suresh Krissna in his Telugu film debut. It stars Venkatesh and Revathi, with original soundtrack by Ilaiyaraaja. It was dubbed into Tamil as Anbu Chinnam (1990). Suresh remade the film in Hindi as Love (1991). The film won four Nandi Awards.
