History

Formation and debut EP

The band were formed in the summer of 2013 by Harry Johns and Anthony Wright following Johns departure from Dinosaur Pile-Up and the hiatus of Castrovalva, who teamed up with former Leftöver Crack drummer Tom Knox and We Were Frontiers guitarist Matt Wright. In early 2014 the band released their debut EP, I Am a Worthless Piece of Shit was released on Alcopop! Records. [1] [2] Towards the end of 2014, Kerrang! magazine named Brawlers as one of the 20 hottest bands in the world. [3]

Romantic Errors of Our Youth

Tom Knox left the group in early 2015 and was replaced by Pert, formerly of Beretta Suicide. On 14 January 2015 Brawlers announced that their debut album would be called Romantic Errors of Our Youth and would be released on 6 April 2015 through Alcopop! Records followed by a co-headlineing tour with Max Raptor. [4] [5] [6]

The band have since toured with Set if Off, Decade, Real Friends, Allusondrugs, Lower Than Atlantis, Mooseblood and As It Is. 2016 saw the band head to Australia for a tour with Luca Brasi. [7]

Their seventh and latest album, A Kiss for the Whole World, was released on 21 April 2023 which gave them their first-ever No. 1 album.

Fools and Worthless Liars is the second album from English band Deaf Havana and the first since the departure of founding member Ryan Mellor. The album marks a departure from the band's earlier post-hardcore style of music in favour of a song orientated power pop approach heavily influenced by bands such as Jimmy Eat World as well as the modern British wave of pop punk, largely due to the band's decision not to replace Mellor, who was a screamer. Critics were generally very supportive of this development.

Luca Brasi are an Australian rock band formed in St Helens, Tasmania in 2009. The current line-up of the band features Thomas Busby on lead guitar, Danny Flood on drums, and Tyler Richardson on lead vocals and bass guitar. To date, the group have released six studio albums: Extended Family (2011), By a Thread (2014), If This Is All We're Going to Be (2016), Stay (2018), Everything Is Tenuous (2021) and The World Don't Owe You Anything (2023). Stay became their first ARIA top 10.

Formed in 2014, under the name Well Wisher, the band began as a studio only project by Tom Weaver and Liam Torrance, before expanding into a live performing quintet playing a style of emotional and dynamic music based in hardcore punk, shoegaze and post-rock. Following the release of two studio albums and two EPs, the band disbanded in 2019, however reformed at the end of 2022. Their third studio album How to Disappear was released on 13 January 2024. The band's current lineup consists of Tom Weaver (vocals), Liam Torrance (guitar), Toby Evans (guitar), Max Nicolai (drums) and Adam Smith (bass).
