Brett Swain is an Australian actor and comedian.

Early life

Swain started his career in entertainment at Dracula’s Comedy Cabaret in the mid 1980’s performing sketches, singing and dancing, as well as playing guitar and drums. [1]

Television

Swain played Kim Timmins on the Australian soap opera Neighbours from 2005 to 2007. He had previously appeared in Neighbours as John Swan, the duck hunter who killed Kerry Bishop in 1990 and in 1992 as builder Buzz Wade and 1993 as a horse racing commentator. At the time, he was the real life partner of former Neighbours actress Marcella Russo (who played Liljana Bishop). He also started in TV series Fergus McPhail . [2] In 2008, Swain starred in Nine Network's Underbelly as Tibor Cassadae. [3]

Film

Swain's film credits include Mick Molloy’s films Crackerjack (as the marijuana growing greenkeeper) and Bad Eggs (as Security Officer Bartlett). He played the main character Shaun's father in Mallboy (2001), and had a small role in Ghost Rider (2007) as a police officer. He also played the role of Kenny Yallop in the 2003 film Take Away .

Stage

On stage, Swain has played Riff Raff in the Melbourne production of The Rocky Horror Show at the Regent Theatre, and cricketer Terry Jenner in Shane Warne: The Musical . [3]

Jolyon James is an Australian-born actor, writer and visual artist who creates work predominantly for young people. Josef Brown is an Australian actor, dancer and choreographer. Brown attended The McDonald College of the Arts and the Australian Ballet School, where he was promoted to soloist in 1994. He joined the Sydney Dance Company in 1997 and appeared in and choreographed various productions. Brown originated the role of Johnny Castle in the stage adaptation of Dirty Dancing. For his portrayal of Johnny, Brown won the Outstanding Performance in a Stage Musical accolade at the 2005 Australian Dance Awards.
