Brian Ahern (born 15 November 1952) is a Scottish former football midfielder.

Ahern is best known for his time at Clyde, where he holds the current record for most league appearances in the history of the club, at 420 appearances. He made 504 appearances in all competitions. Ahern was also the captain during the latter stages of his Clyde career, and he captained the side to the Scottish Second Division trophy during their centenary year.

He was the solitary Clyde player selected for a Glasgow Select XI against the Football League XI to mark the Silver Jubilee in 1977, but was an unused substitute. [1] Ahern was picked for the Scotland semi professional team in 1981.

Robert Brown Clark is a Scottish football player and coach. Clark, who played as a goalkeeper, spent most of his playing career with Aberdeen. He later became a coach, mainly working in New Zealand and the United States.

Henry Haddock was a Scottish footballer who played as a left back and spent almost his entire career with Clyde. He was also selected in the Scotland squad for the 1958 FIFA World Cup. He was renowned for his long throw in ability.

William Simeon McPhail was a Scottish football player who played for Queen's Park, Clyde and Celtic. He scored three goals in Celtic's record 7–1 victory over Rangers in the 1957 Scottish League Cup final.
