The Chicago Bears are a professional American football team based in Chicago. The Bears compete in the National Football League (NFL) as a member of the National Football Conference (NFC) North division. This was also the final NFL season with the 12-team playoff format, as two more teams were added to the annual NFL Playoffs as of the 2020 NFL season.
