Brian McGrattan (born 31 December 1959) is a former New Zealand rugby union player. A prop, McGrattan represented Wellington and, briefly, Waikato at a provincial level, and was a member of the New Zealand national side, the All Blacks, from 1983 to 1986. He played 23 matches for the All Blacks including six internationals. [1]

Sir Brian James Lochore was a New Zealand rugby union player and coach who represented and captained the New Zealand national team, the All Blacks. He played at number 8 and lock, as well as captaining the side 46 times. In 1999, Lochore was inducted into the International Rugby Hall of Fame.

New Zealand won five of their eight games, drew one and lost the other two. They won neither of the two international matches, drawing with Scotland and losing to England. In the non-international fixtures they also suffered a defeat by the English Midlands Division invitational team.
